Everything was great. We thought the towels and bedding smelt clean and appreciated the coffee.

Perfect for our family thanksgiving trip to Branson!

We loved our stay at The Perch! We had our two children with us (3 and 1.5 years old) and it was perfect for our family. We brought our own pack n play, but they had one available in the closet along with a high chair. They even had a couple baskets of books and toys to entertain the kiddos! Upon entering the condo, you could immediately tell that it’s loved and well maintained. It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It had everything you would need, including shampoo and laundry pods. The peaceful view from the back deck was one of our favorite things! Our kids LOVED the indoor splash pad and the lake access as well. The hosts provided fantastic communication and we can’t wait to return next year! We have found our home away from home when visiting Branson.

Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated two bedroom condo just minutes from Silver Dollar City! Huge deck to relax on and enjoy the views and just a short walk down to the lake! Check in and out process simple and communicative owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved how close this was to Silver Dollar City since that was our main plan for the weekend. Really enjoyed also the short hikes to the edge of Table Rock Lake and the water fall. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Had an issue when we were checking in after dark as there was no house number and the door code didn’t work but the owner Sean was great at responding immediately and solving the problem. That was greatly appreciated!

We had a wonderful time as a family at The Perch. Easy walks to the rocky lakefront, access to the indoor/outdoor pool at The Landing and minutes to/from Silver Dollar City. The view from the deck was great, we loved watching Wildfire and Powder Keg rollercoasters. My only nit-picky suggestion is a good washing of the rugs and floors. Sean was very helpful and check-in/check-out was smooth. My girls loved the games, they played Guess Who more times than I can count! We would certainly come back for a worry-free vacation and visit to SDC.

Our stay at Sean’s condo was just perfect!! To start off, we had to last minute postpone our trip a week due to a family death and the hosts immediately worked with us to reschedule our trip to the following weekend with no issues. The condo is even prettier in person and the location can’t be beat! It was literally minutes to silver dollar city, which was the primary reason for our trip. We will definitely look to stay here again for another silver dollar city trip!

We visited in August, 2023. Met our son and his family in Branson. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool and the lake with our grandkids. The Condo was great and appreciated the toys, games, and books for the grandkids when they visited us. Right by Silver Dollar City. Some of the decor had changed from the online photos, but it was nice.

This condo is in a great location and clean! Condo has been taken care of and maintained. Gray for a family of four with small kids.

We stayed near the end of July. This place was perfect for a family vacation. Could not be closer to SDC, and we were able to watch fireworks every night around 945 off the back deck. The pools were fun for the kids. The lake was a brief walk down the trail. We rented kayaks through a local delivery service which made our lake time really magical. Just loved this place and are thankful for the experience!

Great condo with beautiful views from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

We just got back from a long weekend staying here. The location is great! Not far from anything you want to do in Branson and located near several marinas for boat rentals. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or requests. The condo was clean and comfortable! Our favorite part was the nice back deck with a great view! We also took advantage of the swimming pool which is right across from the condo.

We loved everything about our stay! The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. We loved the scenic view of the Ozark mountains and lake from our deck. I have teenage sons and we all enjoyed the resort amenities including pool, pickleball/tennis court, basketball hoop and beautiful little trails leading to the lake. We were conveniently located next to Silver Dollar City and Indian Point Marina where we rented a slip for our boat. Sean and Beth were excellent hosts and quick to respond to any questions we had. The only negative we can say is we all wish the stay was longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing family vaca!

We greatly enjoyed our time in Branson. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. So close to Silver Dollar City you can hear the screams from the roller coaster from the parking lot. Highly recommend and will recommend to others!:)

The condo is cozy and comfortable. Location is perfect! We absolutely loved lounging on the spacious patio enjoying the view of the lake.

The property was as advertised and was perfect for our relaxing weekend in Branson. The property was very well decorated and had everything you could need to make it feel like home. My favorite part was sitting out on the patio enjoying the scenery as well as walking the lakeside trails each morning.

Everything about this property is exactly as advertised. This was our first trip back to Branson in 28 years, and the location and accommodations were perfect! The condo is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We are planning another trip with our grandkids next year, and will be disappointed if we can’t stay here again. Sean and Beth made sure everything was perfect for us.

This space had everything we were looking for, for our family vacation! Awesome location and view of the lake. Close enough to town, but still so nice and peaceful. The owners were great to work with and made the place very welcoming! Would absolutely stay again!

I stayed at this property with my husband and three kids (ages 7, 9, and 12) for a week in July and it was AWESOME! The home was exceptionally cleaned and well-maintained. It had everything that we needed to run a household for a week! The décor was extremely inviting - my kids kept telling me that our house back home needs to be decorated EXACTLY like this one :-) The location is great; a little off the beaten path so that you are not in the busyness of downtown Branson. It's very close to Silver Dollar City, but we never ran into traffic issues because of it. In fact, the day we visited SDC, we only had about a 3 minute drive and got there early with great parking! The condo amenities were great too. The pool is literally across the street from this place -it couldn't have been more convenient for that. The view of the lake and the woods/hills from the back deck were off the charts too. It is GORGEOUS out there in the morning (and evening)!! My favorite part of our whole trip was relaxing on the deck with my coffee and my book every morning waiting for the kids to get up! Speaking of getting up, the beds were very comfortable and provided really great rest for our busy days of exploring Branson and the other nearby cities! We wanted to thank Taylor Made Rental for their communication during the week; they made everything so simple and easy from check-in to check-out and everything in between. This property was great. Newly remodeled and clean. The property had everything we needed and it’s in a great proximity to everything in the area. My kids loved swimming in the nearby pool and lake. Beautiful property and we’ll definitely consider staying there again next time we’re in Branson.
