Amazing feel and welcoming by all staff. The pool, bar and restaurants were never too busy to have us accommodated for. An amazing place to stay with a family.

Everything was good here. We liked our room and the staffs were very nice too. We did not like the bathroom. Its a bit too risky to get into the bathtub and out of it. we would have preferred a normal shower bathroom instead of bathtub. Everything else here was very good. The food is great and we were happy that the there was in house dining available all night.

there are more locals in the pool and the activities area than guest . had to wait to play pool table or beach volleyball or pool basketball etc because locals are always play in there I don’t think is fair specially for the price that I paid . I don’t think I will be back in there anyway.

The staff were the best part of the stay. Most were so welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the swim up bar and whole place felt so relaxing. The beachshack restaurant food was delicious... Especially the carbonara. Our room was lovely and spacious.

The pushy hard sell at the timeshare talk. I found the concept quite appealing at the beginning of the talk and was seriously considering buying in. Unfortunately as the session went on I felt pushed and the hard sell got too much and I pulled away completely. That put a slight dampener on the rest of the day. The treatments at the spa, while quite nice, were a little pricey for the quality. Our toenails and skin around the toenails have been a little tender since the pedicures. Probably will not use spa in the future if we return.

Great hotel to arrive in Fiji and before departure. Nice pool area with a fantastic big pool.

Pre-arrival was not great. They send a long standard email with pre-arrival information, instead if just answering the questions and many Corona information were out of date. Check-in took us 30 min and they kept us waiting for no recognisable reasons.

Loved the location, first time staying at Wyndham, enjoyed our 2 night stay and the breakfast was great and the apartment was awesome.

No Coffee Plunger in the room

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was pleasantly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel boasts a large pool area with a plethora of fun activities for children. In summary, the hotel's facilities are top-notch and exceeded our expectations in many ways."

The hotel's internet connection is quite poor, which may not be suitable for anyone planning to work remotely during their stay. Additionally, the shower facilities appear to be outdated and could benefit from some upgrades. Moreover, it's important to note that the breakfast provided with the room is not a buffet breakfast. Instead, guests receive vouchers for each day and have to order from the menu. However, as each order is freshly cooked, the morning rush can result in long wait times of up to 1-1.5 hours at times. Considering the high room rates, we were expecting a buffet breakfast and were somewhat disappointed with the arrangements. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, there are certain areas for improvement that would make the experience more enjoyable and worthwhile for guests.

the confusion at reception regarding our booked and paid for breakfast. every morning we had extreme difficulty and embarrassment with staff ( only doing their job by the way and who were curtious all the time) all due to an argumentative person at reception called “Farisha I think ‘ this person does not know her job well enough to be front of house. fortunately for us a lady called “Ani” sorted our issue out on the day we left !!! yesterday. when you book and pay for B&B you don’t expect to be told there’s a limit on your choice of breakfast up to a value of $30 !!!!.it certainly ruined our stay for a beautiful resort

The Fijian staff were exceptionally friendly. Loved the impromptu singing performances through the resort' the roving uke and guitar player's the fire twirlers and all the other cultural activities the staff managed for guests.
