Stayed with the full family and the place had everything we needed. Downtown location, ample parking, clean and well stocked, with lots of room to hang out before going on Traverse City adventures. Hosts are organized and responsive. Five stars all around.

We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned. There are a lot of stairs but we actually appreciated the bedrooms being upstairs so those that wanted to sleep in were separated from the early riser children in our group. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was well stocked.

Wonderful property and great location. The only negatives were some of the bedroom doors didn’t shut completely and the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken. But completely minor overall and don’t affect our stay that much. Julie was attentive and easy to get a hold of. Overall a great property and I would definitely book this property again.

Communication with host was prompt and all questions answered. Place is exactly as stated and very well kept. Only draw back was we had my 70 year old parents and quite a few steps to entrance and bedrooms. It's is walking distance to downtown, but to the main stores and most restaurants, it's a good hike...so we drove half way into the town and parked. Would definitely recommend. Across from a park, but can't see the water. Host was great to work with!

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Clinch Beach, the park that was viewable from both balconies, and great restaurants. The owner's timely communication and responsiveness were impressive. The condo was clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing all the comforts of home. It was family-friendly, catering to our needs and making the trip stress-free. We highly recommend this condo for its prime location, exceptional cleanliness, and excellent owner communication. A fantastic experience overall!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just the right fit for our family during the Cherry Festival. We were also visiting family in the area and could have easily entertained there as well. The F&M Park across the street was full of activities during the week which we could watch from either balcony. We walked daily to shops, restaurants, and the festival. We also enjoyed the beach at Sunset Park across the street (be careful crossing). Our host, Julie, was gracious and communicative. We hope to stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a short stay in TC. Spotless, comfy, every amenity needed and clear and concise communication. The only hiccup which was no fault of the owner was a neighbor who repeatedly questioned and confronted my party as if we had no right to be at the property but I think their personal bias is what made them think that was an appropriate thing to do. I highly recommend Julie’s property. It was PERFECTION!

Great location to get to all of what Traverse City has to offer. Everything was clean and newer and odor free. Beds were comfortable, shower head was high enough for the 6+ footers in the family and did not run out of hot water. Bedrooms curtains when full closed made the rooms very dark, Nice! Owner responsive, when we got there the fireplace would not turn on. They sent someone same day to fix. We stayed with our college age children and appreciated the games in the front closet. Will stay here again.

Quick getaway with a couple friends and this place hit the mark. It was spacious, clean, close to downtown if you want to walk and within short driving distance to many other area attractions (wineries, etc.). Would def. stay here again!

This condo is located a couple blocks from downtown Traverse City. Walked every where, no need to deal with parking downtown. It is very clean and up to date. Beds where extremely comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 4 people.

We booked a fall trip for our family of 5 and the accommodations were perfect. The 3 condo was set up very well with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a living room and kitchen downstairs.
While it rained most of the time were were there, we enjoyed our time thanks to the many games in the closet! It was nice to have a park across the street with a small playground and basketball court for our 3 year old and 11 year old.
The lake and several restaurants are in walking distance and the drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes was only about 30 minutes.
Julie was an excellent and communicative host. She made the check in and check out process very simple. The condo was also well stocked with linens and the bottle of local wine was a lovely touch!
We would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. It was very well stocked with plenty of towels and linens and soaps and yummy coffee. The property manager was also very thorough and easy to interact with/ readily answered questions. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Traverse City

Perfect Traverse City Spot!
Everything about this place was absolutely perfect! So super clean and beautifully furnished with every amenity you could hope for. Even nicer in person than photos (which are already pretty amazing)!We loved the location and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We rented for graduation at Interlochen Arts Academy and had room for friends to stay along with us. Love our host and ease of communication., Would definitely come back!!

Great Location!
Julie’s place was great! Close to downtown and all its amenities and the perfect hub for visiting Leelanau State Park and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We hope to visit again when the weather is warmer. The condo had ample space for four of us. It was clean and stocked with all that we might need. We were even greeted by a delicious bottle of champagne! Thanks, Julie!

Fantastic location & overall rental experience
Couldn’t be happier with our visit to this property over Christmas. My wife and I traveled with our 2 young boys (4 & 2) and the rental couldn’t have fit us more perfectly. We loved the park, easy walk to grab donuts downtown TC and everything in between. The condo was updated and fully stocked with comfy bedding and any amenity you might need while away. We’ve rented numerous times in TC and the Leelanau peninsula area and this condo & overall experience exceeded what we needed on this winter getaway! Definitely would book again with Julie!

Our family of 5 loved staying in this condo! Great location to downtown- we walked to all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was well appointed with more than enough towels and linens and kitchenware. Super clean and comfortable furniture.

The best place
The experience was amazing from the start. The directions to the place, entrance and parking were perfect. The condo was phenomenal and in the mot perfect location. She even had bubbly waiting for us! Thank you for the hospitality and letting me, my sister, and our daughters stay in your home. I hope we can return soon!

The condo is located in a prime spot, walking distance to the parks and restaurants, but removed enough from downtown that you don't have to worry about traffic or parking.
I had a family of 6, (2 kids, husband and I and my parents) and the condo was spacious enough to not feel tight. Everything was organized and clean. My kids enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the park.
The neighborhood felt really safe and clean too. We recommend this property for families or couples getaway.
