Great property..it was quiet and was very nice!

We loved everything about our stay here. We had 9 people and fit everyone super comfortably! It’s honestly not a bad walk to the beach and, although farther from town, it’s still a pretty view driving around. Would stay here again.

This place was better than expected! Huge main living area with 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. Had a blast in Palm coast!

this place treated us the way we needed to have been treated, my whole family and i had the most relaxed and comfortable weekend ever ! i 100% recommend this stay & we will for sure be back before the summer ends ! :)

Great house layout, very comfortable and spacious. The house had everything you needed with plenty of supplies for the stay, which often doesn’t happen. This is great for a relaxing stay and you are only about 40 minutes from st Augustine and Daytona. 10 minute walk to the beach. Also, nice neighbors dropped off some fireworks for the kids, very nice surprise!

Overall a great place and value. Quite location, a little bit of a drive and you’ll be able to get whatever you need. Short 30 or so minutes bribe to St. Augustine and Dayton. I’d stay here again

We loved our time here. The house is comfortable with room for a large group or family. TVs in every room. Washer and dryer. Fenced back yard and pet-friendly! It was missing pepper and some basic cooking supplies that many accommodations have nowadays. Not enough kitchen garbage bags or dishwasher tabs for a large group, so we had to buy our own. Otherwise, there was everything we needed and the manager was very friendly and accommodating with any situations that ran into. Very helpful!

We loved the open concept that allowed the whole family to spend time together. There was plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family. I could cook and enjoy everyone around. The home is close to the beach both walking, biking, and driving. The community is quiet and residential which was very nice. It was close to shopping, landmarks, and activities. It was a short excursion to things like dolphins, other beaches, and other towns. I would recommend taking additional cookware if you cook for a large family. Also, one bathroom serves three bedrooms so be prepared for that. I loved the size of the pantry. We used the washer and dryer and dishwasher daily. The backyard was fenced in and perfect for the dogs. There is a grill in the garage that is not listed. The stools at the kitchen island were a very nice touch and that ended up to be the gathering area. Overall, we really enjoyed the home and would definitely go back. The reason for four stars and not five was because there were a few quarks that needed to be tended to.

This location was gorgeous, the space was perfect for our family friends and our family! So close to the beach and the space was open and beautiful. Only downside was the dryer strained to dry the towels that were requested to be washed and dried, and supplies such as laundry detergent, trash bags and paper towels were low, we had to run and buy trash bags from the gas station. There was also a smell of smoke in the master bath but there were plenty of bathrooms in the house so it didn’t bother us much. We would most definitely book this house again, it was the perfect house for a family vacation, the little kids were able to run without worry if stairs or losing track of them as it was a completely open floor plan—the proximity to the beautiful beach was the icing on the cake!
