The fact there was a fridge and kettle which were clean enought the room was a fair size

The room we stayed was old with paint peeling from the ceiling we had moved from another room as no CR seat . the room had no TV which the girl said they knew about so why not solve this ? wifi was very low the bed and sheets were old although had been washed , there is no wardrobe /drawers etc to put your clothes and just an old wooden table and 2 old wooden chairs to sit on so if more than 2 dont know where you sit also bad smell in the bathroom maybe septic tank and the tap on the sink didnt work swimming pool murky and not cleaned maybe because there is a building site 5 metres away . As it stands compared to other places i have stayed not worth the money that said if they addressed said problems it could be quite nice .did whatsapp who i believed to be in charge on whatsapp but he/ she removed their response before i had the chance to read it !!

Room is spacious. Celebrated daughter's birthday on the property. Food delivery is available. Also near Seven Seas Waterpark and Divine Mercy Shrine. Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Weak to none wifi signal. Be ready with your mobile data.

It is very near Seven Seas and that is it is really cheap and they have 2 double beds in 1 room which is perfect for family. Possibility to cook or make food.

No soap and toilet paper provided in the apartment. The blanket is too thin which can’t be used at all.

A bit closer to our destination

- Tap and toilet water pressure is too slow and deep well water’s colour is brownish. - Water basin used in the toilet is broken and light bulb in the toilet as well need to be fixed in our room. - I booked 3 rooms and each room is good for 3 guests but they only put 1 blanket each room.

Good size room and very friendly and helpful staff

We rented karaoke and had agreed charges of 1500 per night for that but then got hit with venue fee as it was outside of 3000 pesos per night. This was the equivalent of paying for two apartments each night. Thought it was over the top. These just made it bad value for money in end compared to other places we stayed.

Superb !!! Home away from home 🏡 .The location is quite and peaceful, car parking is Safe .You don't have to worry about bringing ur utensils.
