The location, decor,technology like the digital key, size of rooms and cleanliness

It was really nice, everything was clean
I didn’t like that I asked for a room near the elevator and got a room farthest from the elevator, even though I booked a month in advance, 2nd. I didn’t like that my son and I didn’t receive a goodie bag but everyone else did. Also when I needed the front desk help, no one was ever in the front desk?

The rooms are spacious, location is excellent. Many food options within a 10 mins drive. The beds are comfortable. Lots of free parking spaces are available next to the hotel.
The breakfast option was very limited and is the same every day, Housekeeping was below average as compared to similar properties, and the staff was very laid back and very reactive.

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. CLEAN, BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING, KIND STAFF, BEAUTIFUL FACILITY.

The room and the hotel was comfortable and inviting.
There were not umbrellas at the pool and the weather was very hot. This is the reason my husband and I were not able to enjoy the pool. I had several incidents with housekeeping. Three times housekeeping came into the room without us requesting for them. The 1st time, the lady came into the room and we were laying down and she didn’t even knocked. The second time, came in early in the morning at 8:00 and she did knocked but, my husband and I were sleeping. This happened after telling the front desk, the day before. I told the front desk again after the incident and they told me that they were sorry and they will contact housekeeping and let them know and would put something on the account so they will not bother me again. Unfortunately, this never happened because the same day they came again to the room after I left the hotel.
