My room and the property was great!

The property was great! Just u have this one rude staff member that made my whole stay terrible! Her name is Shay! When I first got there I stand at the front desk like 10 to 15 minutes trying to check in! She caught a attitude with me quick after I told her next time she walk off from the desk she need to put a note or something to let the guest know she away from the desk! Then I told her next time when she walks away take the cordless phone with her so she could be able to answer the phone still while she away! The cordless phone was on the desk next to the front desk phone! I done drove 7 hours to get there just to stand 10-15 minutes at a desk where no knowledge of where the front desk clerk was at! Then on top of that she didn’t even explain none of the information to me about my stay! I had paid for two nights! I magically was checked out the next day after I arrive leaving me only staying one nite! She done went into you all system and checked me out! Then turnt around after I drove 35 minutes away and told me I had to come get my stuff out my room that I paid for two nights in! I was very upset! Talking about I need to call my third party where my third told me I had 2 nights! Then when the even person got there my stay magically pop back in there for 2 nights! So she done made my stay with you all a living hell for my weekend stay!

Great location

Room was very small felt a bit crowded for 4 people

Breakfast was too minimal.

The noise level was horrible.

Love this location, I will be working from here for a while so I am grateful for the great breakfast quiet location and amenities.

Not as walkable as I would like, but that contributes to the safety so that is fine.

The lobby was very clean

The bathroom was not that clean

Overall Great service and staff

Parking was terrible. Every night i had to drive around until someone moved or park in front of the hotel. Only because the hotel share parking with texas road house and it was kinda frustrating but overall the hotel was nice
