We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was the first time we had stayed there. Because our room wasn't ready at check-in time, we were given a free upgrade. The room was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast every day, and using the fitness center. It would have been nice to have more variety for the breakfast (maybe something a bit different each day), but overall breakfast was good. The workers were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again

The suites are not in town so it may not be a good choice for someone without a car. There were no vegan options for breakfast, so we cannot review the included breakfast.

the floor of the swimming pool area was very slick - someone could trip or hurt themselves.

The staff was incredibly kind and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

It was wonderful!

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient. I could just as easily get to downtown as I could hit the highway to do some nearby sightseeing. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in Salem.

Cozy, clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Was a treat to have the pool open until 12 am left ample time for the kids to expend some energy. The floor in the pool area was very slippery so pool shoes would have been helpful. Ron helped us get adjoining rooms for our two bookings which was very much appreciated traveling with 4 children. Breakfast had many options and was very well stocked. We would stay here again.

Layout and parking was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Outdoor areas weren’t designed to provide cover in the rain. It rains a lot in Oregon. Elevators were unusually slow and one ended up out of order. Being on the 2nd floor it didn’t pose an issue.

Free internet should be included. Ridiculous to pay for wi-fi these days and I had work to do. Will affect my decision to book again if there is an option that offers free wi-fi.

Super clean and quiet. This is the newest hotel in Salem. They have a great breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful..
