Breakfast was good.

Heard trains all night. People were running down the halls and banging on the doors at 3am. Babies crying in the hall at 3am. Parking ramp was tight and limited spots.

La colazione di un hotel di questa categoria mancava di varietà e variabilità nel salato e mancavano molti articoli nel dolce, tipo nessuna torta o brioche fresca Nonostante sia stato già chiesto in sede di prenotazione e ripetuto al desk durante il check out non sono stati in grado di fare una fattura intestata alla ditta ma giusto una ricevuta col nome della persona nazionalità e numero di passaporto.

La habitación era espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. El desayuno estaba muy bien surtido aunque el salón habilitado se queda pequeño para toda la gente que hace uso de él. Aunque no esté en el Loop se puede llegar muy fácilmente en transporte público. El autobús te deja literalmente en la puerta y a la estación de metro se tarda 5 minutos a pie.

En la habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente había un ruido muy molesto (algún ventilador o máquina de hielo que habría en la planta superior o inferior). Nos cambiaron a otra supuestamente mucho más tranquila pero estaba cercana a la vía del tren y la autopista. Aunque el ruido no impedía dormir estaba distaba bastante de ser una habitación tranquila.

It was clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet even though you’re on the busiest street in Chinatown.

Parking is always tough in Chicago. The garage attached will still allow people in if there are no spaces left which caused cars to get stuck in the garage and have to make a nearly 30 point turn to turn around. It’s always packed before like 8 pm and not promising you’ll ever get a spot. Also the cost is $30 a day if you so get a spot, the hotel validates the ticket. I figured out if I found a spot on the street after 6 pm, it was free. I could log into the parking app before 8 am and pay for my parking without getting out of bed. We always left the hotel within 2 hours anyway and the cost is less than $6. Also, use Park Whiz to find deals on spots. I found a parking garage in downtown Chicago for $12 for 12 hours. It’s double/triple or more if you just use the drive up cost or pay for meters. (Which only allow 2 hour parking in most areas) I ended up spending wayyy less on parking the whole weekend, Park Whiz, parking.com, and epark Chicago, download the apps, make accounts beforehand, they are your friend.

Nice varied breakfast selection with cold yogurt & cereals. Hot items were not actually hot 😕.

Breakfast sausage didn't appear to be cooked. It wad still gray - perhaps steamed, but I wasn't willing to try 'under cooked' sausage.

We loved how the hotel was right in the heart of Chinatown. Even though there was a bustling city around us we never heard the traffic or commotion once we entered the building. The breakfast was delicious and some of the best we've had in a long time. We also cannot applaud the staff enough. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. Parking was also super easy and very convenient to the hotel.

One weird quirk was the fact that the bathroom didn't have any place for your foot. The bathroom itself was beautiful, but if you needed to do things like shave your legs like my wife did or something along those lines there was no place to do that.

The room had no safe. The heating made the air so dry my skin was peeling. Breakfast was served on paper plates and ineffective plastic cutlery.

We loved the location, right in Chinatown. The room was comfortable. The hotel's free parking wasn't too far away.

The breakfasts were okay, but we have seen better at other Springhill Suites. They only had paper and plastic plates and utensils. There was a three-day period when the cleaning staff didn't clean the room.

Location was good. Very unique. Breakfast was very good for continental breakfast. Staff was very good. They were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful.

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The eggs were bland, and the baked goods were stale. Given the price, this was not a huge concern. Parking in the attached structure was convenient but not free. The free parking was less convenient. Street parking was a nightmare.

The facility was convenient for our needs. It was clean, and modern. It was easy to check in, and out.

It was overpriced! They offered free breakfast, but the food was limiting in choice, and not good at all. The coffee was not as hot as expected. The hot water in the room took a long time before it became hot, so you have to have the water running for at least 5-10 minutes. There was no safe in the room for your valuables. Worse part was that there was no housekeeping service provided, as they only come in every 5 days, and we only stayed 2 nights. Our total cost for a 2 nights stay for a triple was $ 725.00, with all it's fees and taxes. A 5 star hotel price, for a 3 star hotel.

La cama

Localização ótima. Iria num show no Guaranteed Rate Field e consegui chegar muito rápido de ônibus. O ponto de ônibus é literalmente em frente ao hotel. Também é muito fácil chegar no centro de Chicago de ônibus por conta disso. O café da manhã foi bom, mas achei que a quantidade das coisas estava fora de coordenação com a quantidade de hóspedes. Quarto espaçoso, com microondas, geladeira e máquina de café com cortesia. A segurança era uma das coisas que me preocupava, por estar viajando sozinha. As portas dos quartos tem travas de segurança caso alguém tente entrar com uma chave-mestra ou algo assim.

Não oferecerem streaming nas TVs dos quartos. A cama e os travesseiros são extremamente desconfortáveis. Travesseiros MUITO finos, cama muito mole. Estou grávida e foi muito difícil conseguir dormir, acordei cheia de dores no corpo. Tentaram entrar no meu quarto de manhã muito cedo, não sei se era alguém da limpeza porque estava deitada e não consegui olhar a tempo, só não conseguiram abrir porque ativei a trava da porta.
