Hotel and room were beautiful and clean with a modern feel. Restaurant and lounge served tasty food and staff were friendly. The complimentary shuttle from JFK to the hotel was very helpful.

The restaurant does not have a liquor license, so they only served beer and wine. Parking fees are exorbitant; friends had to pay $35 just to have dinner at the hotel with us. Parking off-grounds is very difficult to get.

We were not able to book the early (5am) shuttle to the airport and so when we did arrive to catch the shuttle it was full. There was mild panic amongst the guests that couldn’t fit on - as trying to find a Uber in that area at that hour was not going to be easy or quick - but there was fortunately an extra bus in the area that was able to come and help. I think getting guests to book the shuttle would be a good idea as it will give a good indication of how much space is needed beforehand

Le téléviseur était brisé donc on a dû changer de chambre. On nous a donné une chambre déjà occupée ! La personne s’est réveillée en sursaut et a dû avoir peur . On a dû changer de chambre une 3e fois. Le restaurant de l’hôtel ferme à 21h. Pas commode pour les voyageurs qui ont été pris avec des retards d’avion . On gelait dans les espaces communs de l’hôtel. Le personnel du restaurant portait des chandails et un avait même une tuque pour nous servir le déjeuner. La réception est placée face aux portes automatiques de l’entrée de l’hôtel de sorte que les clients et le personnel gèlent constamment. Ils ne voulaient pas nous donner notre petit déjeuner gratuit alors que nous avions réservé une chambre à un prix incluant le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons dû leur montrer notre réservation sur Booking.com à 2 reprises car ils étaient sceptiques. Compte tenu du mauvais service obtenu, des nombreux changements de chambre et du froid qu’il faisait dans les espaces communs, j’ai demandé un rabais. Ils ont accepté de payer le lunch, à peine mangeable, qu’ils avaient livré à notre chambre . Cependant j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir qu’ils ont passé 2 transactions sur ma carte de crédit: celle que j’ai accepté avec le rabais et le lendemain ils ont facturé une 2e transaction après notre départ que je n’ai jamais autorisé. Bref le rapport qualité / prix est très mauvais. Cette nuit m’a coûté très cher pour ce que j’ai eu

Sehr schöne modere Einrichtung. Nettes Personal. Schönes modernes Zimmer, gute Betten, sehr schönes Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen.

Unser Flug wurde kurzfristig von der Lufthansa gecancelt, also mussten wir 1 Nacht in einem Airporthotel verbringen. Wir kamen um 21.20 dort an. Dort teilte man uns mit, dass das Restaurant bereits um 21.30 Uhr schließt und wir nichts mehr bekämen. Jedoch ein Zimmerservice zur Verfügung steht. Leider war weder eine Menükarte auf dem Zimmer, noch eine Telefonnummer, auch nicht von der Rezeption, wo wir bestellen hätten können. Also gingen wir ins benachbarte Hotel, da ist Essen bis 23 Uhr möglich. Zurück im Hotel, wollten wir noch kurz an die Bar. Es war 23.15, dort teilte man uns mit, dass die Bar bereits seit 23 Uhr geschlossen ist. An der Bar gibt es übrigens nur Wein, Bier, Cafe, Softgetränke. Zurück im Zimmer, wollten wir über den TV schauen, ab wann und bis wann Frühstück möglich ist, denn das konnte uns kein Mitarbeiter sagen. Nur ging der TV nicht, es gab nur ein Standbild. Nachts, war es dann so, dass gegenüber eines der Betten ein Spiegel hängt und jedes Mal wenn man sich umdrehte das Licht im Bad anging. Auch waren die Bettlagen nur zur Hälfte bezogen. Höhepunkt war dann, dass um 6.00 Uhr morgens der Hotelwecker klingelt. Wir hatten diesen nicht eingestellt, da unsere Flug erst am Nachmittag ging. Angekommen dann im Frühstückraum gab es dann noch Unstimmigkeiten, ob wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. Haben wir. Wir würden das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, 1.tens ist sehr neuwertig und schön und 2.tens die Mangagerin und F&B Managerin waren außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und entgegen kommend und auch dankbar, dass wir direkt die Mängel angesprochen haben. Wenn die "Kinderkrankheiten" behoben werden, kann man diesem Hotel die volle Punktzahl geben. Besten Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal ans Management.

Pas très bien situé pour visite de NYC

Room was sufficient for what we needed as a family space, the bathroom was clean. Overall it was a comfortable stay for quick access to JFK airport.

I had to go downstairs to get a bottle of water in my Pyjamas which wasn't ideal. I also wanted a wake up call but that wasn't available either. For the cost of the room the service available was very basic.

Location amazing , staff absolutely lovely. Bar and restaurant outstanding. The hotel is a little out the way of all the sights however this is great because its not to far to walk anywhere. Don't think about it , just book it.

The only minus, the rooms are small. We booked up a deluxe room, however this was still small. We were only there 4 nights so no problems at all.

Beautiful new modern hotel! Entrance and restaurant of the hotel are divine, rooms are clean and fresh and indeed close to the airport. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped me accurately and efficiently during check-in and at check-out.

For the high amount you pay a night, an included breakfast would have been preferable. Also the shower didn’t deliver as hot water as it should be.
