The noise of ventalitor in the restroom is sooo loud, no shuttle bus to the subway station

Everything about the Courtyard was amazing, from the ease of check in to the friendly staff, we had an extremely pleasant experience!! Highly recommend!!!

Location, Comfort, Accessibility to airport

Can be very cold waiting for Shuttle Bus from Airport. Should come quickly once call is made but, in my case, it took a few calls and arrived 50min after first call. This is probably not the norm I would say.

check-in took a long time as there was only 1 person on the desk and a backlog of about 5 people in front of me.

sound from hall and other rooms transmitted easily. bathroom counter, mirror, and other fixtures were tired and in need of an upgrade.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable,, and the hot chocolate was great 👍🏼

In the mini market no shaving kit, no toothbrush, you have to walk to the gas station (not that far) to get what you missing.

Si El restaurante fuese mejor ,en mi Caso llegue de un viaje muy largo y no habia restaurante,solo sanduches ,y tartar de Tener los cuartos a lo menos 1 pm para uno poder descansar

Too expensive

There is no free parking and you have to pay a $60 valet fee. There was construction and it didn’t feel incredibly clean. It was, however, close to the airport.

We stayed at this property twice. The first room was excellent, with a good range of guest amenities. For our travel requirements it was well located. The staff were excellent especially the Courtesy Transfer Coach driver George.

The second room was not so well supplied or serviced. There is a lack of consistancy in the Housekeeping service. When buying a chain, branded hotel room there is an expectancy that a standard will be maintained from property to property. But even more so in a single property. Hopefully an oversight on that day.

The hotel is great, close to the airport. I traveled with my baby and my 20 lbs dog. Parking on-site, and the staff is very helpful. Please, keep in mind that if you travel with your pet, it will be a $100 non-refundable deposit.
