Close to beach and Las Olas

Great place to stay with adult kids!

A lovely experience. communication with the host was good leading up to our stay. The unit was clean, with a beautiful view of the intercoastal. Plenty of towels, extra sheets for the pull out couch as well as everything a kitchen might need. Only down side is that there is only one parking spot onsite and we needed to go to a nearby hotel to valet the additional car we had for our group of 6. This part of Ft. Lauderdale beach really a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Las Olas area. There are cute wine bars and cafes, yet it is a short walk or golf cart ride to the touristy bars and busy beach area.

The property was clean, safe, and on the intercostal waterfront. It was plenty spacious enough for 4 adults, had a nice kitchen, and was a short walk from restaurants and the beach. It was as advertised and met our expectations.

The property was very clean and well kept. The view of the intercostal and the short walk to the beach were exactly what we were hoping for. The only thing we were disappointed in was the way we were treated by some of the other residents. Almost everyone appeared to be retirement age and we had a few rude comments made to us regarding our kids especially when we used the pool. They didn’t seem used to having kids around and were obviously bothered by the extra activity. That is in no way the property owners fault but a heads up to families traveling with children. Other than that we had the best stay!

The last 4 days of the our week long stay there was no Heat/AC and it turned out to be a cold weekend in Fort Lauderdale which made our stay very uncomfortable. The host did not seem to take any responsibility towards giving us any options to make the stay better. It was hands off as it was not their problem and it was the buildings issue. There was no effort made to provide any kind of space heaters or any kind of refund issued. We paid over $550/night (all inclusive) for this unit and expected better handling of the situation.

We were forced to evacuate from Hurricane Ian last minute and we left our home heading for the east coast to get out of the projected path of the storm. This was a very last minute trip and the property manager was so very helpful to me and my family. I can't thank them enough. The cleanliness, location, overall appearance was perfect. Due to the difficult and stressful circumstances of leaving our home, I couldn't imagine actually enjoying my stay. Well I was wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was so impressed with the comfort and hospitality of this property. I highly recommend.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very nice and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The view was amazing and the whole ‘neighborhood’ was so quite and peaceful. And you really cannot beat the location being walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants, and also still on the beautiful inter coastal water. We come to the area every year, and will definitely book again!

The home was exceptionally clean and updated. We loved the view from the deck and the beautiful sunsets from the pool. The kids never missed the opportunity to chase a lizard or iguana in the courtyard when passing through. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My mom and I went on a girls trip and stayed here for four nights. This property is honestly just perfect all around. It has an AMAZING location with serene views, an awesome spacious deck for drinking water and looking at the water. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious. Having a washer and dryer was so handy for doing a couple loads of laundry. This is VERY VERY close to the beach!!!! They provided everything - chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. I mean you could not ask for more. A super short walk and doable with what you have to carry over. I would 100% stay here again and recommend you stop searching and stay here if you're reading this :)

The unit was just as shown in the pictures and was clean when we arrived. Location to the beach was just a block away and the view on the intercoastal was awesome. Our son loved the pool and the seating area with the canopy was awesome on hot days! We so appreciated the early check-in and late checkout to accommodate our flight schedules! The only major issue was that the dryer did not dry our clothes and a service technician was not able to fix it. Suggestions for improvement: there were no tissues in the unit whatsoever; we had no washcloths and would have had to re-wash our bath towels since you only get one per person but I appreciate they gave us lots more towels because the dryer was broken; bedding for the pull out couch was missing/hard to find; we were so pleased to see beach equipment was provided (playmate cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, beach umbrella) but was not listed in the check-in procedures. It would have been helpful to include more inclusive list of what is provided. We found a roach in the kitchen on our last day but we were pleased that we saw no other critters inside the unit.

The place is exactly as described, super clean, very nice and unique decorated, the beds were very comfortable. The balcony and the view were great, the pool was neat and clean. My only suggestion is to not to use cleaning products with Clorox because there was a strong smell, Clorox products leave the house clean and disinfected but it is not good health wise.Other than that I will rent the place again for a longer stay.

We had a lovely trip and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants. CVS is conveniently located for any items forgotten and only a 10 minute drive to a grocery store. The views from the balcony were beautiful and quiet. Definitely would book again!

Fantastic

The balcony is large and lovely with comfortable seating, for eating outside or watching the boats go by. One of the best units in the place. Beach is a block away. Quiet complex., nice pool and deck. Very comfortable bedding. Highly recommend!

This rental was just like the pictures. Very impressed with even the small accommodations like beach chairs, cooler and toys for the kids. Very clean and the location is priceless. It’s a busy time in FTL however you couldn’t tell at this complex very quiet and we felt at home even with two kids (6/10). We hope to stay there again!

We sat on the balcony majority of the time we were up in the room. The location was perfect and a quick walk to all of the bars and restaurants. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Our only complaint was the residents in the condominium weren’t very friendly. They weren’t welcoming and frequently looked at us like we should not be there. We didn’t let it stop us because we were very respectful and weren’t harming anything. Overall I would recommend this condo! The owners were easy to contact and so great to work with!
