The manager was absolutely lovely, The place was clean with cool AC a mini fridge and microwave with two complementary cokes and An awesome patio/community area. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it was way better than what I expected!

Clean comfortable room, close to beach and restaurants. Peaceful area and just what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. Host surprised us with flowers, wine and cake on our last day to add to our celebration!!

We had a nice stay! They are remodeling the rooms which will be really cute when done. The owners were friendly! You get ti park right next to your room.

Mattress was not very comfortable, hopefully they will be better when remodeling is completed.

The owners are so nice! They hung a Happy Birthday banner in the room and brought out a little treat when my husband and I checked in! The room had a mini fridge with a couple of complimentary sodas as well. And there is a cute little outdoor sitting area with a fire pit and lights.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean! It’s not a fancy location, but it is quiet and comfortable.

Everything the staff was very friendly and welcoming…. Loved the room it was clean quiet loved that i could park right beside the room. It’s not 5 star but i think they are doing an amazing job.

I read other reviews and agree with them. The owner was very friendly and outgoing and made me feel welcome. The motel is older and needs some updating , but the 2 room cabins are very cozy, bed was good. The satellite TV and Wi-Fi was excellent. The common areas outside was very nice as welI, will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the lighting of the property at night and the way it’s set up where you have parking right next to your room. I never felt unsafe and the only way into this property is the only way out and I could tell the property owners took pride in their business and care about how you enjoy the stay. They left complimentary drinks in the fridge- water & soda. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. It was a perfect location to get to Surfside Beach easy highway access. Room a/c cooled quickly and got cold fast. Nice restaurant nearby- try Baytown Seafood just up the road from there. Or walk over next door to Sonic.

The only thing I have to say is that they used an air freshener in the room that was too strong for me. It was a febreeze a/c for the car plugged into the a/c window unit in the room. I removed it immediately and set it outside for the duration of our stay and put it back when we were done. Luckily I had brought my essential oils diffuser and began diffusing oils to help clear the air. Made for a nice stay.

Great value. Gets the job done - shower and AC. Bed and TV were a bonus, and the place was clean!
