1 key for the guest. When i left in the morning (with car) my family in the house cannot go out to convenience store or swimming pool because no 2nd key provided

Facilities. They were good.
I'm not sure the apartment they gave me was the "premium" one. Definitely not going to repeat. The floor not clean, got stain. Have to pay extra if you want to get the house "re clean". Doesn't make sense to me.

Les jacuzzis et leur vue.
Faites attention les photos des chambres sont trompeuses. J'ai été extrêmement déçu par celle-ci (assez petite, lit où on sent les ressors, aucune bouteille d'eau ou fontaine à eau, très sombre, ...). Le prix est justifié par les lieux communs seulement. Je déconseille car il y a des hôtels du même prix ou moins chers qui proposent une meilleure offre. De plus, il y a beaucoup de monde dans cet hôtel ce qui impacte le temps pour accéder à votre chambre car les ascenseurs sont bondés. Pour finir, l'isolation phonique au niveau des fenêtres n'est pas présent, on entends tout ce qui se passe dehors.

Easy access to facilities. Nice view. Near to our event location MITEC.
Inconvenient to go to the main lobby of our room. Limited choices for restaurant at the area.

Good Internet speed. Adequate A/C and fans in both rooms.
Found 2 cock roaches in the apartment, one in crockery. Very few places for food, grocery nearby.
Seats were quite stained and unclean.
No cups for tea or coffee.

Facilities seem fantastic in online platform but after see in person then I found out is not so nice

Absolutely fabulous, secure and safe 1-bedroom unit. Modern, has a hot water shower with great water pressure which was nlwelcome after a long Expo day at MITEC.
The unit also has all the kitchen conveniences you need, fast Wifi, Netflix etc.
More importantly, the unit smelled nice and was spotlessly clean.
As it's a 2-minute walk to MITEC, it is convenient.
There is also a very well stocked minimart on the ground floor as well as free parking. The security staff were really nice, polite and very helpful too.
This short term rental was worth every penny.
Communication was confusing at times.
Sometimes I'd get messages thru booking.com and then at other times thru WhatsApp, often asking the same question in a different way. It felt like I was communicating with several people all at the same time. I was therefore never sure if I was dealing with the unit owner or the condo management staff or a potential hacker/phisher.
This weird double communication could be unsettling in today's scamming and phishing environment especially in light of the recent Booking.com hacking issues.

Very save property building with nice security staff.
My apartment was very easy to reach and is maintained very well. My landlord was reachable at all times and very helpful.
I loved the amazing view and that it was very quiet.
Would have been nice to have more utensils and equipment in the kitchen (as I like to cook myself). Also providing a water gallon would be very nice and eco-friendly.

Exterior of building
The jacuzzi water is very dirty. Have rashes after going in. Access card is not user friendly. Numerous time stuck in lift because the card choose not to work.

The view
Although the unit was generally satisfactory, I was disappointed with the condition of the sofa and the quality of the bed linen. The bed itself lacked proper bedding, and the linen had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, only two pillows were provided. I hope for an improvement in the bedding service in the future. Poor quality toiletries. No water bottle. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Spacious room, neat and clean. But one of the chair was broken. Hopefully the owner cn repair it as its not safe for kids, elderly or pregnant woman.
Can use outdoor pool only during our stay. All other facilities are closed due to maintenance.
Difficult to find parking.
Im taking 2 nights stay as i wish i could spend time for myself with the facilities there but its very upset the see them closed especially the jacuzzi.

1. Dirty. There were cockroaches in bedroom, bed sheets were used. Floor was sticky.
2. Poorly furnished. No wardrobe, no mirror in bedrooms. No shower gel ( 2 shampoos was given instead). Blanket for single room was small and thin. Pillows were of poor quality. Sofa was small and sagging. Only one remote for 3 air conditioners.

Location is strategic. Near to Court House Jalan Duta, Masjid Wilayah and KL town. The room is clean, and the host is helpful. Reply the as soon as possible.
The walking distance between the car park and lift is far. Difficult for us parents with small kids. However it is beyond the control of the owner.

It’s actually not the main building it’s in a back alley of a car park for the entrance
Lots of the facilities were closed which was not advertised and we were not given a reduced rate because of this
The lamps in the bedrooms were for show and didn’t even have batteries in
One bed had a duvet and they other just had a sheet (no spare blankets or anything available) so even though we paid for a two bed ended up having to share a bed
The hot water for the shower is crontolled downstairs in the kitchen which was not made visible or clear
