Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing!! It is our third year at this property, it is so well maintained, clean and very well appointed. The owners truly have thought of everything. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, just a few blocks away. The indoor space is beautifully decorated and all the cabinets are so well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot & pans, silverware, etc! The backyard has plenty of seating, two outdoor showers and a shed full of beach chairs and sand toys. Our kids and grandkids had a great time on our vacation and it is so nice to know that we will all be comfortable in such a nice home. I have been going to the Cape for over 30+ years and this is one of the nicest homes we ever rented. We will be back! We will be back for sure! Everything was comfortable, clean and beautiful. All the windows worked, the dishes matched, the bedding was pretty, the decor was artful, the TVs were new, two kinds of coffee makers, plenty of soft blankets, handy baskets, comfy couches, the owner of this home has paid attention to the details that make a vacation stay really wonderful. There were ample pots,pans,dishes and utensils as well as cleaning supplies and paper products. The living spaces were clean and comfy for games or just watching TV. The sunroof was our favorite spot! Love the location, close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property for a larger group!

It easily fit our 13 guests. This house is walking distance to a beach and many local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.
