We really enjoyed our stay, communication was extremely easy, location was perfect, the house had everything we needed! It’s way bigger than you imagine with ample space to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. Great options for entertainment and relaxing. We were very impressed with the generous supply of towels! Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful! We had a small issue with check in, and it was handled immediately. The house was extremely clean, and had everything we could need for ages ranging 3-40. The pool was great too. Would definitely recommend.

Our family only stayed one night between our move, and Stephanie and Natasha were very helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated having this great place to stay.

The home is really clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The owner is super friendly and very prompt in responding to my questions. We had a few maintenance issues, but the owner resolved them very quickly. The a/c unit had a bit of a problem so we were unable to lower the temperature to a cooler degree, but considering the time of year, it wasn’t too much of an issue. The owner did say they were in the process of fixing the unit so hopefully it will be repaired before summer. A couple of suggestions would be to include a space for hanging clothes in the double queen bedroom. The living room couch is suitable but could eventually do with an upgrade. Overall, everyone in my group enjoyed their stay and we would definitely stay here again.

I was really disappointed with this condo in Coral Ridge. Compared to other condos in the neighborhood, this one needs a refresh and is over priced for what you get. The carpet is worn, the master bed was broken when we arrived. To be fair, management did fix that when we called, but then we ran into so many other little issues, I didn’t feel I should have to spend my vacation complaining about things that needed to be fixed. There were wet towels left in the washing machine, no working can opener in the kitchen, no paper towels in the kitchen, and the hide a bed in bunk room bows in the middle and is not fit for sleeping. When on vacation, these things shouldn’t be happening!

We had 9 adults/teens staying for a long weekend visiting Zion! Everyone had a cozy bed, plenty of bathrooms and felt right at home. The place and community was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is fantastic with layout, beds, room size, pool. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and such for both bath and swim. Location is also great for dividing time between Saint George and Zion. We enjoyed most things about our stay. At one point we couldn't get the internet to work and management was there quicky and easily resolved the problem. However, I only gave the property three stars overall, however, because the carpet was very dirty, blinds were broken, and some doorknobs also didn't work well. If these things were in working order, and if the kitchen pots and pans and such were in better condition, this would be a 5-star place.

We highly recommend Sunny Paradise and will book here again if we ever come back to southern Utah. It was a great value. It was plenty spacious for six adults and eight teens and kids. Everyone had a comfy bed. A great time was had by all!

We had three families staying in Washington this past weekend and had a great experience with this property. The house was very big and open and also very clean. There were lots of towel and pool towel, which was nice so that we didn't have to pack our own. The area is very close to lots of southern Utah attractions. The pools were really warm and the kids loved playing there for hours. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the condo had everything we needed. Even the pool towels were well stocked. The layout of the property worked great as well for our party of 13.

We loved the property! It was so fun to hang out and play games, the ping pong table was great! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was really perfect. We were a little disappointed that there weren't as many pans and cookery that we would have liked. Definitely could use some more pans and pots. But overall we had a great experience! This house is a perfect place for a reunion. The rooms are spacious and well organized. The 4 days we stayed with our kids & grandkids were all rainy, super cold & even some snow so we were “stuck inside”. There was enough space for all of us to spread out and do many different activities. Some were upstairs playing video games, some played ping pong in garage & a little one had the space out there to ride his scooter. Constant card playing at dining room table, tv watching and just conversations. It was our best Thanksgiving holiday TOGETHER!

The condo was well appointed and very comfortable.
