Great location and floor plan

This is a very nice house, but was not really comfortable as a short-term rental unit. Positives - Everything is in good condition - Plenty of room for 8 - 10 people - Close to ski lift, it is walkable in about 10 mins. Ski locker was roomy. - Well stocked with supplies. Negatives -In our case, the Docusign is required, along with a copy of your driver license. The first time you see this doc, is a couple of days before your stay, so you really have no choice but to sign, unless you feel like scrambling to find a new place. There are a lot of rules in the document. - Some of the excessive rules in document include: A required Facetime with owner on how to use hot tub is required! also, you need to text pictures of garage remote controls/keys before leaving! and a $200 fee applies to several infractions. - the renter watches every move you make. There are cameras on the outside of property so if you violate a rule, be prepared for shaming text from owner. For example, we had a family over for dinner and immediately got a text saying we were over occupancy for the rental, even though they only planned on staying for 2 hours. We had to cut short a get together due to these rules. Alot of this seems to be driven by HOA via the owner, and if that is the case, this place however nice it is, but maybe it should not be a short term rental.

Becky was very responsive and the property was beautiful and exactly as described. Ultimately, we had a great stay! A word of caution though, while it is technically stated in the listing that "You are required to sign our lease and follow all instructions.", you will likely be shocked at the content of the agreement & instructions which I was sent and required to sign only two days before the reservation. I've never had fill out a multipage DocuSign to stay at a VRBO. The contracts includes, paraphrasing a few: "You MUST do a Facetime call with the host before using the hot tub" "You must take out the trash, otherwise $200 fine" "You can't use the gas fireplace" "You need to send a picture of the keys and garage remote during checkout, otherwise $200 fine" "Not a single person other than those indicated to the host can visit the house without first declaring them to the host." I completely understand WHY these rules are put in place considering bad guests could have parties and trash the place and ruin it for the good guests. However, I was still surprised by this and felt embarrassed having to relay all the extra rules to my friends and it gave the overall vibe of having to walk on eggshells, otherwise we might get fined or worse. My understanding was that these sort of rules and precautions are covered by having a property management service, a maid service, and VRBO property insurance.

Great place for family ski vacation. We were able to cook meals for our big group. Location and ability to use the copper coach were a plus.

House had plenty of room for our group. Loved the hot tub. Used the shuttle to get around.

Our family of 6 enjoyed this nice house in a quiet neighborhood, all within short distance of Copper Mountain Ski Resort. We used the new appliances and grill twice a day and they worked great. We also enjoyed the clean hot tub and bumper pool table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very accommodating and worked well for our group with room to spare.

I recently stayed at this VRBO property and had an excellent experience. The booking process was seamless and the property was accurately described on the website. The host was responsive and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great vacation rental experience.

Great location in east village. Short walk on streets then across snow and tubing park to superbee lift. Owner very responsive via text and phone

The house is very roomy, beautifully decorated and close to Super B lift. Everything you could want for a week of skiing with the family.

We enjoyed this home that was close to the slopes. The owner communicated well. The shuttle service was an awesome addition. Good size home for our families. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Unit needed a couple minor repairs. Could use a couple serving platters, serving bowls and drinking glasses. Would recommend and rent here again.

Becky is super helpful and the house is in great, clean shape! Very close to Copper's Super B lift, making it a quick and convenient walk to the hill. Thank you!!!

Perfect property for a family of 9.

Property was great, just as advertised, and Becky made it easy with timely, accurate communication. And, we left something behind, and Becky (and team) mailed to us after we checked-out. Couldn't have asked for a smoother, better experience.

Overall, our stay was amazing! Even on the rainy days, we still made the best of it. The host did an excellent job in communicating and going above and beyond to help accommodate our needs after encountering some issues outside of her control. I highly recommend this property and host! Overall, the property was clean and nice. However, it is getting a bit outdated and could use some updates. Beds and furniture were nice though and kitchen was fully stocked. Again, I would definitely recommend this host and property.

We were here to celebrate our son's engagement on the mountain with family. This townhouse is in a great location in walking distance to the Superbee chair lift, parking for 3 cars, spacious bedrooms with private baths for 5 adults and a wonderful dining room area off the kitchen and family room to host a family dinner for 14. Would definitely stay again!

Just a few minutes walk to tubing and skiing in the east village. The shuttle was simply amazing as it would show up within 10 minutes to take you anywhere on the mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for our large group. We had 4 adults and 5 teens boys for Christmas break. There was a large area behind the home for them to play in the snow and use up energy. The rooms were spacious and the views were wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!
