The location is not in PCB, it is actually on Carillon Beach within a secured gated community. We found this private community to be peaceful and it's security and residents to be very friendly. Because of where the condo is located, the beach is also private and the amount of beach goers were limited to residents and guests. The condo also backs up to Camp Helen State Park which gave us miles and miles of sugar white sand with a very limited amount of other people. It was perfectly serene. The condo itself was spiffy clean and all the furniture had a high-end beachy feel to it. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, pot/pan, toaster, coffee maker, anything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were stocked with enough towels for our entire stay. (This is a rarity!) The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient. The hosts thought of everything - down to even turning on the ice maker in the freezer so we would have fresh ice for our stay. The views from this third floor condo are absolutely spectacular and the sounds of the waves were such a soothing delight. There is ample parking outside the condo and very easy access to the room from the elevator. The beach access is directly next to the condo and offers a rinse off area so you can avoid bringing sand into the condo. Highly recommend. Already wanting to book again for next year!

There are only a few things that we would add/change to make this condo PERFECT. The screen door is very difficult to close, and is very noisy when attempting to do so. There was only one pack of laundry soap, having a few more would be an excellent addition. Although the mattresses were very comfortable, the frames in both bedrooms squeak whenever you get in and out of them.
