We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and city. The host responded to inquiries promptly. The host provided recommendations for dining and entertainment and did not disappoint.
The home is well stocked with everything needed for the stay. I would definitely recommend this home.

Location was good and close to most activities and restaurants. House was comfortable. I spent 5 days cleaning to catch up the cleaning, unclogging the dishwasher, clean out cabinets and drawers and washing windows. My concerns of the condition did not seem to matter Darin. Other than that our time in Havasu was great.

It is a fantastic location and a great house that accommodated our family perfectly for a week. Darin is a great property manager and helpful throughout our stay, with questions here and there. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful and in a great neigborhood. Conveniently located to everything The kids loved the pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even a crock pot so we could spend the day on the lake and come back to dinner being ready, it was fabulous. Darin was very responsive to my questions regarding check in, and the process was super easy.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months in Lake Havasu, due largely in part to this beautiful home! Great location, with easy access to London Bridge events etc. had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I completely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Havasu area!

Home away from home
The check in process was easy and the home was nicely decorated. We loved the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room, it was a great hang out area where we could all be together comfortably. Each room was very spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The Pool was big and there was a great view of the Lake from outside. The AC wasn’t working in the living room area, so we told Darin and in less than 30 minutes someone arrived to fix it! Very communicative and prompt with responding to any questions or needs we had. We loved it here!

Weekend Getaway
This house was perfect for our stay, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, he even had a pool guy save the weekend and come on a busy holiday weekend to fix pool issues we had. The beds were very comfortable in all rooms and the house was nicely decorated.

Amazing
We had such a great time at Darins house. The beds were so comfortable and lots of supplies to cook our own meals. The pool was great to relax after a day on the lake. Close to launch ramps and nightlife. Would definitely stay again. Darn also was quick to answer any of my questions.

Amazing house, great location, very comfortable
A group of us ladies stayed here to celebrate the memory of a close friend that passed away. The house was gorgeous, in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was close to everything, we easily drove to grocery stores, the London Bridge and all kinds of shopping. There were lots of towels provided which was perfect because we were in the pool most of the day. Lake Havasu is hot. The beds were comfortable, the house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The cleanliness was important to us as we are a group of OCD clean ladies and no one had any complaints. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better.

Clean and easy
The property was very clean and conveniently located next to the lake. Perfect size for having people over, and the pool was very nice with an awesome view of the lake and mountains. The owner was very helpful with the check in process which was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean and the layout offered separate seating areas for the teens to hang out. Great pool and spacious backyard. Last min. Stay
Super helpful host. Nice house plenty of room outside and in. Problem with the outside grill regulator but I took it upon my self to get it fix with the ok of the host. $20 a drive to the local hardware store! Done family full and happy and next guest can enjoy the grill too. Pass on the good vibes stay here and enjoy.

Home sweet home
Our family go to lake Havasu every year, and usually we rent home for our family. So we came across this beautiful home that Kory and his wife had rented to us. Loved the decor and the outside pool was great for the kids to enjoy, in fact no one wanted to get out of the pool ☺️. Everything that you needed in a home was provided. Again, thank you Kory for letting us rent your home. Until next year see you than!

We can't thank Kory enough for providing a wonderful accommadation during our hoilday in Lake Havasu. The home is just as it is discribed and even better with the sun shining on the pool and yard thoughout the entire day. Close to downtown and the lake in a very quiet neighbourhood this home is perfect for family or couples to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful and close to all stores and the Lake.... Accommodated the family's we were there with. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to cook full meals for our family. Gorgeous area! The owner called us back within minutes if we had a question. See you again soon!

Outstanding, fully stocked home!
We were extremely pleased staying at this home. There were six of us, but could've slept more. We enjoy cooking! The kitchen was fully stocked, gas grill and the island was magnificent for displaying our food. We had a dinner party for 15 and everyone sat comfortably outside around the pool. The décor is beautiful and we felt at home. We would definitely stay here again. Kory was quick to respond to our inquiry. He called me within 30 minutes. He was very personable and stayed in touch before our arrival. Thank you Kory and Traci.

Paseo Verde 3 bedroom house with private Pool Lake Havasu City, AZ
This was a wonderful experience. The owners of the house were extremely accommodating and the house itself was as advertised, clean and well equipped. I would definitely rent from Kory and Traci again. Lake Havasu is a beautiful location in the winter, quiet yet centrally located to Las Vegas, Palm Springs and other vacation destinations. It is somewhat unique for Arizona to be located next to a large body of water and the fact that the home is located on a 36 hole golf course provided green pastures to contrast primarily desert landscaping. The weather during our stay was perfect; sunny virtually every day which made the large backyard with a private pool a welcome retreat. Lake Havasu is a resort area with many restaurants and bars near or over-looking the London Bridge and the bay. The one complaint from my wife was the lack of shopping in the immediate area; nevertheless, Lake Havasu provided a healthy and safe environment and is highly recommended.

The fun and excitement of Christmas was enhanced as we enjoyed the month of December at this spectacular home in Lake Havasu City.The warm hospitality and availability of the owners was impeccable as they offered us a home that was not only spacious, but contained state of the art decorated rooms all with comfortable furniture. They gave us a kitchen supplied with a plentiful amount of dishes and accessories making all the chefs very happy. Great WiFi, new flat screens and Vonage phone made the month very special for us. The festivities available, especially at Christmas, enhanced the quaint restaurants, coffee shops and friendly shop owners in Lake Havasu. The backyard of this rental home had a large pool with amenities. It also promises enticing sunsets and gorgeous views of the city. All these aspects provide a strong invitation to rent this property. We loved this home!

We booked the house for 4 days, it was very clean and the pool was nice. The owner was easy to get ahold of as well. We would definitely book the house again for another Havasu trip.

Beautiful Havasu Home
We just finished a weeks vacation at this home and it was great. There was plenty of room for the nine of us and the house was very clean. Our group really enjoyed the location as it was a very quite neighborhood near two golf courses. Downtown Havasu, an array of restaurants, and the Marina are just minutes away. The pool was awesome and came in handy after a long day at the lake. We didn't need to contact the owner much but when I did Kory responded within minutes. Kory, Thanks for being so easy to work with. See you next summer.

Perfect Vacation Home
Wow, what a perfect home it was. It had everything you can imagine and more. Super clean, and easy to get a hold of the owner when we had questions. Family Reunion
We chose this home for a family reunion for a week over the 4th of July holiday. It exceeded our expectations, the house and pool were beautiful!!! But what really made it great was how the owner has gone above and beyond with stocking this home. It really was a home away from home. I brought many things that you would normally have to supply in a vacation home, and that was a big waste, they thought of everything, pool toys, headache medicine, just all the little things someone might forget!!!! Can't wait to come back again!!!!

Absolutely wonderful!!!
We will be staying here again!! Very clean and nicely decorated home with ample space for two families with kids. Comfortable beds, flat screen TV's and all the amenities of home. Two good sized seating areas on the main floor in addition to the pool patio. House is oriented so that the patio is shaded in the mornings for reading, sipping coffee or just relaxing. Spectacular sunset views in the evening.

First of all, it was a pleasure dealing with the owners of this beautiful home. This was our first time renting and they made us very comfortable with the renting process. Their home was beautifully decorated & it was a very comfortable stay.
