luxury, conditions including spa, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, big terrace, food was very good and i am very picky on nutrition

the location is a bit inaccessible in winter but there’s a car ready to transport you.

The breakfast was very diverse and good. The hotel is located right next to the ski slope. Very clean and well kept.

If you stayed more than 5 minutes in the water at the Spa your eyes started to hurt.

Apa piscinei extrem de rece. Deci dupa 4-5 ani de funcționare a hotelului, mare păcat ca încă se continua fără a lua in calcul acest aspect.:(( Lipsa complecta a serviciul de masaj dar si a băii de aburi. Lipsa unei ferestre in baie. Lipsa unui mic balcon unde te poți topi dupa priveliștea de basm si liniștea ce nu poate fi cumpărată cu tot aurul si banii din lume!Totuși umil vorbind de hotel de 4 stele nu i așa??? Per total, acest vot, însă cu speranța si încrederea ca vom vorbi cât de curând de un hotel de 4 stele, cu servicii si personal de Recepție de 4 stele ;)

In the apartment, the main room is big enough. The matrimonial bed quality is perfect for a good night sleep.

The second room of the apartment with the sofa bed extended was quite limited in space. The sofa bed is not made though for a good sleep.

The only modern classy option in the area. Good spa, good restaurant and modern spacious rooms.

Indeed it would have been useful to have a place to dry the towels

The hotel is newly built and all the amenities are in very good condition. The staff is very nice and ready to fulfill your needs.

Although this is advertised and sold as a premium experience, what we received was not up to par. When there are only a few guests at the hotel, the breakfast is poor, not a buffet, but every room is served with a platter of meat and cheese and an optional omelet. We expected the cleaning to be better. We stayed for 3 nights. On one of our days, we set the do-not-disturb sign on our room because we didn't need room service. But on the second day, we set the "please clean room" sign because the carpet was already very dirty and we had a young baby playing on it. We were expecting that room service would vacuum clean the room, but we received only fresh towels. We didn't discuss this a the reception, because we didn't want to make a fuss out of it, but it was certainly not a premium experience. The food at the restaurant is very expensive, although not excellent. Expect to pay around 10 euros for a portion of basic pasta. Some bathrooms have a very bad sewage smell. We couldn't use the spa for 2 out of our 3-day stay. On our first night, the staff put some chlorine pills in the jacuzzi, to clean it up. But that produced a very disturbing smell in the spa area, and we couldn't stay for more than 30 minutes with our 2-year-old son. Parking space is limited at the hotel, with only 5-6 slots. I can't imagine how people park when the hotel is full. The area around the hotel (outside its property) is very run down and quite depressing. That's not in the hotel's hands to fix, but it lowers the quality of the tourists' experience. So, all in all, definitely not a premium experience. You can get a lot more for the same money at other 4 star hotels.

- Location was very good with an wonderfull view - especially from the restaurant. - Stuff was very nice and helpfull ( we small issue which were solved quite fast) - Hotel is new, good taste for decorating (paintins with nature and wild animals) - The restaurant has a good meniu with tasty food, plating was also nice we can take lunch and dinner - Spa zone contains - a room with salt, two hot sauna, one jacuzzi with hot water and a swimming pool with normal water - Nice view from the swimming pool - In the apartment we had all the neccesary things for spa - The Bathroom looks very nice - The Bedroom is nice, large and the bed is comfortable - It has an large elevator - close to the trails - Have ski room - Bycicles for rent (even electrical)

- Breakfast (maybe it is a matter of taste) it was ok but it could be improved - more traditional / local food will be appreciated - The coffe / tea machine was set in a wrong place - in a corner near the food and in this way people who stay for a coffe / tea stay to the same line with the people who take food - Swimming pool is quite small (especially comparing with the pictures) - In jacuzzi - some parts were not very well done and you can scratch - There is no space / accesories in the room in order to put wet clothes after swimming - The Bathroom looks nice but not with all the neccessary accessories (I had an apartment) - not enough towel rack - The second bad is acutally a sofa which is not suitable for 2 persons even children - It will be good to have at least 2 chairs - one in the bedroom and one the second room (living) - The surronding is affected by some buildings that are still in construction

The room was nice and clean.

The hotel doesn't have a lobby or an outdoor space where you can just chill or a place for your kid to play, it's either your room or the restaurant. The terrace is not covered and there's absolutely no green space anywhere, which is ironic considering the hotel is in the mountains. The view is horrible, and it doesn't really matter which side your room is looking on, it's just construction debris and semi-collapsed buildings.

The proximity of the hotel could use a clean up and re-organization.

It is a very nice place. The entire property worth the 4 stars. The staff, Relu especially made our stay wonderfully.

- Almost everything, the hotel has a beautiful spa and pool with a nice sunset view. We went from monday to wednesday and it was such a romantic experience! - Hotel staff very polite and helpful - Clean rooms and bathrooms ,comfortable bed - excellent food from the restaurant

- the road till there is very bad and muddy but they came and picked us up with a 4x4 car from the parking lot and we left the car near the teleski

The hotel is very good, starting with the cleanliness of the rooms, very good staff, good food, everything is very good for a hotel located in the mountains.

They have to solve the problem with the smell from the ecological septic tank because it is very unpleasant. They need a playroom for the kids.

We had a really nice expirience here. Accomodation is perfect, big and nice rooms with all amenities. They have a great spa and a really nice restaurant with good food and a really really nice staff. We strongly recommend this hotel.
