The location is excellent. Did not have breakfast there but did have lunch and this was very good. The pools and remainder of the facility was nice. Beach access and security was also very good. People working there were friendly.

I stayed at Tower 1 condo 8C. Needs a total revamping. The furniture is old and deteriorating and stained. Big tear on the back of the sofa facing the beach balcony. One of the roller shades was broken and eventually it fell on the floor. We contacted the concierge who told to contact the "owner". I sent pictures via What's app and never had a reply. The lights on the middle bathroom are not working and the soap dispenser also not working. The sofa cover in the master bathroom was stained and torn.

we couldn’t close or lock our bedroom door because the door frame was broken. The construction noise was loud.

When you have to buy everything from garbage bags to handsoap, dishwasher soap (for a d/w that actually never worked), and air conditioning that didn’t function - it takes away when you’re paying such steep prices. Unfortunate as well that you can’t use the in-house gym (I was aware of this), but told the mall next door had a gym - this gym however did not allow drop ins and required a membership - so was not useable either. For these reasons, not likely to rebook at that price point.

Our time in the apartment was just great. It was clean, spacious and with an amazing view. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and beach were clean every day. Vane was just perfect, she literally wait for us and arrange everything perfectly. We just love it there!
