Everything was great, best vacations ever!Just ask for beach chairs and umbrella in good condition for next time please! There were a lot, but all broken.....Another suggestion is to add bikes...Love this house, love location, love everything!We definitely want to come back again!

Property is in an amazing location with 3 master bedrooms- great for families. We had a minor issue with the AC and the property management company was very prompt in getting a tech out, even late in the afternoon on a Friday.

A very short walk to the ocean! Great little house that served our family well. Met all of our needs. No issues and no complaints here. Great location, nice restaurants nearby, close to St. Augustine, grocery was close, boat rental place nearby was awesome too!

The view from the deck and balcony was wonderful. We loved the location of the house. It was so nice to have the beach items and plenty of beach towels available. The house had a few areas that needed some additional cleaning, but overall was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Location of this house can’t be beat, however the A/C was completely non functional for the length of our stay. I emailed the property management company and got no response. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were very nice, but the bathrooms need updating. All of this could be overlooked if we weren’t trying to sleep in temperatures over 80 degrees.
We did enjoy the air hockey table and the beach gear that was available. I was a bit confused by the Google street view showing a house blocking the view to the water, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that that house did not actually exist. The view was incredible and was good enough that I’d go back to this house if they fixed the ac. Fix the A/C and don’t ignore your renters.

What can you say about a house that takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach and is visible from the deck while eating breakfast. You will not be disappointed with this vacation home. Everything is clean, modern, and this place is fully stocked. We normally bring everything that we need for the beach when renting a beach home but we did not need to bring anything. I will definitely rent this home again!

This house is very much "you get what you pay for". It's got a great beachfront location but the inside of the house is just ok. Nice kitchen and newer furniture in the living area but this section is relatively small for a house that sleeps 8 and there is no other seating in the main living area. The beds and bedding were good. All bathrooms were 0/5...they need full renovations and towels etc were the absolute cheapest material. Like I said, good for a very quick stay but we were done after two nights. I'd suggest either going in knowing you are renting a cheaper house so Renee expectations or up your budget.

Location location location. The views couldn’t be beat and were spectacular. However we did miss the listed jacuzzi and yard. The bottom floor had no yard or view out of the bottom bedroom since the dunes have flattened almost up to the door. There was also construction m-f on the pipes and the roads were a mess. Some of the furniture has def seen better days. But the mattresses were very comfortable, and overall we had a good time.

My family and I had an amazing time here. The house was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location with the most amazing views! The neighborhood was so quiet and the people were very friendly. Perfect vacation spot. We hope to come back next fall!

Great place to enjoy some winter sun
It was delightful to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and take walks along the beach every evening. The house is just as lovely as the photos depict. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen, modern fixtures and lots of space. A quiet but friendly neighborhood made for a fabulous month’s stay and the internet connection meant we could work every day without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home!
This vacation home was just steps from the beach! Beautiful views from each bedroom. The house was extremely clean and really spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Nice furniture and fully equipped kitchen. An added plus - the garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Management company was informative and responded quickly to any of our questions. We really enjoyed our week stay there and will definitely return.

Great location
Right on the beach! Very private and not at all crowded. Beach was nice as well. We loved the three bedrooms with three baths. House/kitchen was well stocked. Had even more than what the listing said it did. Kitchen and living room updated and beautiful. Nice appliances and all working. Good WiFi access. Doors are hard to use (I think they’re fancy storm doors). Furniture is beautiful but definitely not made for older adults to use (if you have any slight difficulty getting up off a couch you definitely won’t be able to use this couch). Very good restaurants within 15 minutes. Management company was very responsive to all of our needs! We would definitely return.
