No clean, not good. There were only two people who were busy doing everything for themselves. You must ask for everything, even soap.
Hospitality and welcome. First they What bathroom and a small and suddenly I was sleeping and then suddenly the power was gone, but try to fix it power by they can fix it Electricity they after the one over Friday. Last night, I moved to a different room and found it dirty and without basic amenities like a stove or a toothbrush. I asked for a charger and a cable to charge my iPhone but didn't get any help.

Das Hotel ist absolut nicht wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben 3 Nächte übernachtet, es war katastrophal überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Herr am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht hygienisch. Es ist ein Hochzeitssaal am Hotel, es war sehr laut zudem haben sich die besoffenen Menschen gestritten, nichts für Familien. Die Musik endete nicht um Mitternacht, sondern nachdem Streitigkeiten. Im Zimmer waren keine Wasser. Ganz unten in der Etage wsrnes sehr dreckig und hat ekelig gestunken. Frühstück haben sie gesagt bis 11.00 Uhr, aber haben schon vorher aufgeräumt, nachdem mein Mann sich beschwert hat wurde aufgefüllt.

Location is okay. Staff is nice as well, and the breakfast was okay! but not good coffee:(
shower in our room did not work properly. Cleanliness was not very good as well... My pillow did not have sheets on and was dirty.

Was dirty, no where to eat nearby when arrived late at night, aircon didn’t work opened window and all I heard all night was dogs barking really loudly
