Property was as advertised and the hosts were great. Stayed with family and friend of daughters. Condo had everything we needed including all the beach stuff we would need - umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels etc. It's not really a walk to the beach, but there were plenty of beaches nearby and all had plenty of parking (plus we wanted to hit beaches all over the island). Shops and restaurants very close. Hosts were very quick to respond whenever we reached out (we didn't have any issues, just questions). Would definitely stay again!

This condo is great for a family vacation. We had a relaxing and fun time. Location of condo is great. It felt private. We had breakfast every morning on the patio. I would stay here again.

Overall, the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths worked well for us. We were happy with the location as it was very close to Ulua and Keawakapu Beaches for snorkeling, shopping, and for pleasant walks in the area. The condo was tidy, but not as clean as we would have liked. It could have used more attention to detail. Fortunately, for the issues we had, the resident condo manager was responsive and helpful. We appreciated the communication with the owners prior to our trip and all the contact information they provided to address our needs once we arrived.

This three-bedroom, two bath condo was perfect for our party of five. The location is very private, as you have to walk down a short path to get to the unit (and the only other the unit accessing this walkway is the unit above). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals and there is plenty of seating at the dining table and the counter height bar. The lanai wraps around and offers the most seating I've seen at the multiple units I've stayed at in Grand Champions. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, etc. to take to a day at the beach. The location is ideal if you like staying in Wailea: you can walk across the street to a shopping center with a cute coffee shop; after a longer walk uphill you'll find yourself in the shopping center where the fantastic restaurant Monkeypod is located; or a longer walk downhill you'll find the shopping center containing multiple restaurants and retail stores, and a little further walk you'll reach the Marriott and the beach! I would definitely return to this unit in paradise!

Not quite a 10 minute walk to the beach but, it certainly didn't ruin our stay. Hoping to be back next year!

Overall the place was nice. Would stay again. However: 1) no handwashing dish soap. 2) in main bathroom, cold water faucet, the base is loose and we had to tighten a lot to get water to run 3). Bugs in cabinets especially one with spices next to microwave. 4) lights under microwave were all burnt out. 5). AC in master bedroom keeps blowing breaker on AC plug (that goes into outlet. Especially when temps at 76 or under. 6) wall outlet next to sofa closest to the tv blew the breaker on our phone charger. 7) the “rules” in the condo are not the same as those provided to me online. Online it says that it is a rental with 24/7 emergency and for any issues to contact the office (or something similar to that). In the condo the rules state for maintenance is the responsibility of the owner or occupants. That would mean that we renters would have to fix these things, which to us would be a liability or insurance issue. We also feel that is NOT our responsibility We did enjoy our stay there. Thanks.

Perfect place to stay with family- 7 of us. Condo was very convenient with check in. Beautiful views, close to beaches and restaurants. Location was quiet at night. Just a wonderful visit- we’ll definitely be back. Thank you. Thank you.

This villa was conveniently located near a golf course and within walking distance to the mall, coffee, and the Wailea Beach.
We had one minor inconvenience but the host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

It was such a joy to stay here for the 5 of us for our long-anticipated vacation together. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful, especially the master bath! We loved being able to take in the fragrance of the plumerias blooming around the deck area. The hosts were so available and gracious and made accessing the property a very easy process.

Home is described as is - beautiful, serene, tranquil. It's perfect for the family and the owners are friendly and prompt. They respond in a timely manner and the place is well organized. If you have problems such as internet and cable, the office is also available. Great place and definitely would come back here for our next Maui visit. The place is also close to Wailea outlets and the beaches. Overall, beautiful place to stay at.

The condo is in a fantastic location in the heart of Wailea. The Shops at Wailea are walkable - especially in the evening when the cart path of the golf course can be used. The lanai is wonderful - very large with ample furniture and a fragrant plumeria tree. The view across the golf course is beautiful and you can even see the ocean a bit through the trees.
The condo is well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen if you plan to cook. Anything you might need for the beach is already there waiting for you - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. They even had snorkel gear, though we didn’t use it. One of the two boogie boards was broken, so we ended up renting another right across the street (we needed two for our kids).
For our shorter stays, we usually stay at the Kea Lani right down the street. However, the condo was perfect for our longer stay this summer and we’ll definitely come back if we’re lucky enough to do a long trip again.

This was the perfect family condo for our inaugural trip to Maui (my husband myself and our 2 teenagers). The Lanai was beautiful overlooking the golf course, the condo was spacious and clean, everyone had the ability to resort to their own space for down time. The location was quiet and walking distance from all amenities. 2 pools and they were never packed. We had groceries delivered and the owner ensured they were put away when we got there (huge perk when you get in so late). The condo came with EVERY pool/beach amenity (chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, wagon if you need it, boogie boards). If anything should arise, Jack responds promptly! So lucky we had this place💗

The condo unit was great. My family loved the "feel" of the place . It was very well appointed and with ample instructions that were easily understood. I give it 5 stars 🌟

We loved our stay, great space, great location and we had a great time. Loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available our only comment is that they should be gone through and recycle out the broken ones. My only other comment would be to upgrade the sheets and towels but that is so minor I hate to even mention it. We had such a fabulous time and cant wait to return.

Stayed 6 nights here with our family of 4 (2 kids, ages 9 and 5), and their grandparents. Perfect size for our all us. Never felt too small. And it’s on the first floor which was great! We didn’t have to pull our luggage up stairs.
Kitchen had plenty of plates/silverware, pots/pans, so it was a breeze to cook meals when we weren’t eating out.
It was nice having a washer and dryer, which we used almost everyday because I didn’t want a luggage full of dirty clothes to take home.
It was also nice that beach accessories were provided for our use, such as chairs and sand toys. However, both of the beach umbrellas were broken when we took them out to use them. Nbd though, we made do.
All in all, it was a great stay! We walked down to the shops/restaurants/market quite a few times. We would recommend this to other families.

My family and I loved the condo. It was big enough for everyone to spread out. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group. I am already missing the beautiful sunsets and sunrises we were able to view from the lanai. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay on family vacation!

My family of 3 and my senior parents enjoyed the perfect week here. This property has it all for varying-age family fun, was great for cooking meals or eating out, short distance beach excursions and beautiful sunsets. The owners provide all the beach gear you might need. If you like to walk, it's close enough to enjoy the beach path outside of the major hotels. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next visit to Maui.

We enjoyed this property very much.
They had all the supplies in the kitchen that you would be looking for to feel just like home such as cutting boards, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances etc. also beach gear, towels, blow dryer, flat irons, cooler bag…
The lanai is amazing, we didn’t even use the dinner table as we ate outside every time, sofa / seating is comfortable, beds were good, third bed is Murphy bed but we didn’t use it as it was just 4 of us.
Location is walking distance for regular walking folks to Shops of Wailea and beach but if you don’t walk regularly it could seem a bit far.
Two pools but we only went to one and it was great. Bathrooms at the pool and water was always spectacular.
Not sure what else to add.

We have stayed in the Wailea area for years as my late in laws lived there. We wanted a nearby location for sentimental reasons. This condo did NOT DISAPPOINT! You will not regret staying at Jennifer’s condo or enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the golf course and nearby Wailea beach area walks.

This was the first time I booked through VRBO. This place was perfect. It was secluded tucked away in the corner, perfect location, I would stay here again.

The whole process was great and easy for us. The property manager is really on top of everything and is awesome with communicating with you. The place was clean and conveniently close to about everything we needed. Overall had an amazing experience and would definitely stay there again!

We’ve stayed at the Grand Champions on several prior visits and love the location. This particular unit has a beautiful view of the sunset from the lanai. The dining set was a little large for the space, though. The unit was stocked with plenty of beach-going gear and the rain shower was heavenly. Thanks so much!

Family Maui Vacation
This was a lovely condo. We especially liked it’s location as it’s tucked around the back of the other units and there was plenty of space just outside the front door for our kids to run around, throw a football and not be cooped up inside in the evenings. The condo itself was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well maintained. A three bedroom is a rare find and gave everyone their own private space. The location is perfect, five to ten minutes from beautiful beaches. There are several coffee shops just outside of the complex and the mall across the street was perfect for ice cream or shave ice after dinner. I would highly recommend this condo and hope that we’ll be able to rent it again in the future.

We loved our stay - it was the perfect place for our family who were attending a wedding. Easy access, quiet balcony looking toward the gold course. Pretty well shaded to keep things cool. Appreciated all the beach gear - we didn’t utilize the pool at all so nothing to share on that. Each area has its own air conditioner.
