Very cozy place for the extended family and a dog. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to stores and restaurants.

Property was clean. Kitchen had more than adequate pots, pans, and utensils. Could use a better can opener and some pot scrubbies. Bedding was clean. Used the washer and dryer, which was very helpful. Since I used to have a property in Desert Hot Springs, I found the property easily. If someone not familiar with DHS comes in after dark, I'd advise them to take Pierson east, as it runs into Miracle Hill Road and the house will be easier to find. At night, approaching the house from Hacienda avenue, visitors will confront poorly lit streets.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for seeing Palm Springs and short drive to Joshua Tree. I would recommend.

This was a first visit to the area to attend a tennis tournament. Timothy's place was spacious, clean, his instructions were clear, and communication was great. The rental experience was good and we would visit again. Only suggestion is that upgraded kitchen appliances would make this place 5 stars in every category. Thank you.

This was a first visit to the area to attend a tennis tournament. Timothy's place was spacious, clean, his instructions were clear, and communication was great. The rental experience was good and we would visit again. Only suggestion is that upgraded kitchen appliances would make this place 5 stars in every category. Thank you.

Me and my lil family of 5 stayed here for Christmas and let me tell u guys it felt like home so warm and cozy the beds were comfortable the kitchen had everything that you needed if you guys are looking for a good mini vacation this is the house for you guys to rent highly recommended clean house everything you guys need it here if I can put a 10+ star I so would
