LAS INSTALACIONES ESTAN MUY BONITAS, TODO NUEVO Y MUY LIMPIO LA DECORACION PADRISIMA.

Tuve problemas con el wifi y la televisión

La ubicación, siempre hubo agua caliente en la regadera, el equipamiento de la habitación.

Que no tenía servicio de limpieza de la habitación.

El alojamiento estuvo excelente, ya que esta todo cerca enfrente hay farmacias y enseguida un bar con musica en vivo se los recomiendoampliamente, sin duda volvere a alojarme en este lugar. :)

The location to the beach, bars, and restaurants are very good.

The room is small and does not have any storage for your clothing and personal stuff. They need some storage cabinets. The bathroom has a horrible chemical smell all the time. This is due to a chemical release device connected directly to the toilet. I don't think this device is necessary and removing it would solve the problem. It is very noisy at night as the restaurant next door has a live band playing very loudly.

Cuando llegamos tenía un olor extraña la habitación, ya que no la habían limpiado, había moscas y se le paraban en las sábanas de la cama y el clima no enfriaba. Esa noche nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación y estaba un poco mejor. Al regresarnos a la habitación que rentamos, la regadera se encharcaba y el piso de la misma se sentía baboso, los utencilios de cocina y vasos estaban sucios y con marcas de labial

Rooms have no windows. Most rooms on second floor with no elevator. Flimsy doors that don't keep noise out.

Loud music playing all night but is still ok

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would come again!

The only downside was the restaurant next door which had very loud music on until late at night (with a bad music band!).

Spacious with a kitchen and king sized bed.

The cable television never worked there.

The suite was roomy and clean. The bed was quite comfy with lots of pillows. The beach was across the road. Plenty of hot water for showers. Fair pricing as well.

It was difficult conversing with the staff, they didn't speak English and I really need to brush up on my Spanish. The walls are quite thin.. you hear everything!! Quite a bit of outside noise from the businesses, road noise, and other suites.

Easy access...Great location.. Near el malecon..Great Coffee shop just steps away.. liquors stores and restaurants..Bakery Panama was the best..The room is big and confortable..Good A/C I just wish the wifi signal was better.. it was too slow... The outside noise from the restaurant wasn't band it let me sleep..Bit if you come to Mazatlam this is a party place.. If you just want to relax. This isn't the rigth place...for me was perfect!

it was very noise Saturday night till 3 am, I could not sleep

Everything was as we expected, however the loud music at night is a little too much.

The music at night is too much, and the beds needs to be replaced.

The room was clean. I like they allowed us to check out late for a small fee and the location was excellent. There’s options for food close by.

The pillows, mattress, and towels need to be updated. There was a bad smell coming from the restroom. Super noisy

Quaint and nice

Music from the bar or restaurant under us kept us awake til 3 am

Location wasn’t bad, about 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet A/C unit. Had fridge and microwave. Huge bed. Had a small private secure parking lot. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free laundry facilities. Dog friendly.

Bed was very firm. Ants in rm 9. Lots of noise from bar below. cold showers. Tv didn’t have Netflix or any streaming channels. Some of the guests should have had there dogs on a leash.
