We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything you see in the pictures is what it looks like in person — we had 3 families here with 4 little kids, and there were enough bikes, toys, and games to keep us entertained all week! The roundabout outside the house is perfect for little kids to bike, and we also were able to take bike paths to the bridge and river. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, and each common room was perfectly sized for our group. The bonus room upstairs was so cool, us adults were able to hang out there playing pool after the kids went to bed and had no issues with noise! The kitchen is also incredible and as everyone mentioned, is the most stacked kitchen we’ve seen - plenty of different types of pots/pans as well, and the BBQ grill is so well kept and definitely on the newer end. One huge bonus was the ease of TV access for each TV - youtubeTV was clutch especially because the Olympics started towards the end of our trip and we had the great luxury of watching without worrying about logins 😊
Lastly, the host was awesome, super communicative before, during and after our stay, and had great recommendations for us as it was our first time. Will definitely be back here, and highly recommend booking this house for a group/family vacation!

From the booking to the check-out process everything about Paradise Pines was well thought out and easy! The house was stocked with everything you can imagine. It's obvious the owners have taken the time to make this home a fabulous vacation home for others. We will be back!

We come with a couple other families to Sunriver every year and this house was by far the best place we've stayed. Each set of adults had their own king bed and bathroom - and all of the bathrooms were nice. Plenty of space for everybody to spread out, an amazing rec room with pool table, a great hot tub, plenty of SHARK passes, etc. The kitchen was stocked better than the others, and even with 12 people in the house, we never felt crowded. We'll be staying here again!

We just had our family reunion at this property and it was perfect for the group. All the adults had their own rooms and bathroom, there were toys for all ages, a ping pong table, a pool table and a huge selection of bikes. The open design of the kitchen, dining room, and living room was great for just hanging out with a big enough table for all the share meals. The village and the river are both biking distance. I highly recommend the property and the owner was always responsive.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this home. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 7 adults and a toddler. This was our first big trip with our toddler and this home had a booster seat, children's kitchenware, toys, pack & play, stroller, and bike trailer. We could not have been happier with this VRBO.

Spent a week of adventure for our sons and friends graduation! House was perfect! Cooking for a large crowd a second oven would be nice but probably over picky for a such a beautiful home.

Amazing Sunriver House
We LOVE this house! 3 generations of our family had the best week here. The house itself is gorgeous and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge bonus!!! We enjoyed cooking many meals in the gourmet kitchen and loved sitting outside on the patio. The great room is very spacious and easily accommodates large groups all being able to sit together. Our teenagers and grandpa had lots of fun playing pool upstairs and we all enjoyed the bikes. The property owners are so wonderful and were amazing at communicating with us before, after and during our stay. I can’t say enough great things about this house. It is the perfect family retreat and we look forward to coming back!

Fantastic house
We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, has everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable and was enough room for all 12 of us! We enjoyed sunriver and the amenities of the community. Highly recommend (but dont book the week we want next summer :)

Has it all
Close to Bachelor and Bend. Beautiful spacious home. Hot tub and ping pong were favs. We love to cook and kitchen had all the little things you might need. Hosts were great! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Look no further!
This house is fabulous!!! The layout and design for multiple families is second to none. This house has a huge living area downstairs and a large bonus room upstairs. Plenty of room for multiple people/families to hang out together or separate out for different activities!
The kitchen is truly a gourmet kitchen. I was in my element cooking for everybody with us. It has all amenities needed for almost any task.
We had 7 adults and 5 children (all related, but four separate family groups). Having the 5 bedrooms, each with an attached bath, is really a nice touch.
This house is truly designed for entertaining. The layout is spectacular with lots of space for everybody! We have stayed at several places over the years in Sunriver, and we all agree that this should be our new “go to” place.
The owner/host Kristen seemed to truly care about our experience during our stay here and was extremely responsive to any need or question we had. It is refreshing to have someone like her that really seems to care about making our stay above and beyond anything that we have experienced before! Thank you very much, Kristen. We do appreciate this more than you know, and we look forward to coming back here for years to come!

Communication was fantastic and the home was amazing. Lots of space for everyone.
We had a great time. The property was easy to find, clean, accessible and had plenty of room for our 4 SUVs to park. The hot tub was always an amazing way to end the day. And the space and amenities in the home provided lots of room to spread out and activities to entertain our kids. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Best House in Sunriver!
Stayed in this beautiful home for our yearly ladies tennis getaway. Due to rainy weather we didn’t get much tennis in. Instead we had time to enjoy all this home had to offer. Plenty of bikes to ride to lodge/village. Had fun playing ping pong and pool. Although we did not use the hot tub, it would have been very convenient. The layout of the kitchen was great for 7 women. Plenty of space to prepare meals and a wonderful large table around which to enjoy food, fellowship and lots of card games. All beds were comfy and was great for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. Some women in our group who visit Sunriver during summer break are planning to rent this home for their family vacation. We hope to rent it again next September for our annual girls getaway….so yes, it is a wonderful home!

We very much appreciated the housekeepers efforts. And a bonus - the bikes were good enough that we did not have to rent any. That has never happened at a rental. The new owners upgraded bikes as well. We would love to come back.

Still the Best After 35 Years
Our family has rented many places during our 35 years of vacationing at Sunriver. This is by far our favorite.

1 Umpqua has all of that. We loved our visit again this year.

Family fun

The perfect house for us!
Excellent home, one of our favorites in Sunriver. It has a well-stocked kitchen where we cooked many amazing meals, a big dining table for games, and a relaxing outdoor area for hanging out.

Beautiful Home and wonderful for families
We did a short weekend trip from Thursday until Sunday. Great location. The house was wonderful. Big Kitchen and dining room table so we could all eat and hang out together. The ping pong table and dart board in the garage were a nice addition as well. We rode the bikes provided by the house and played some poker (they have chips) and some pool as well. The hot tub was nice and very comfortable for 5-6 people. Great weekend and look forward to coming back!

Overall great property with some opportunities for improvement
Overall, this property was great for a large group. For the lofty price, there are some things that fell short. The fireplace didn't work the entire week which we were really looking forward to this time of year. The amenities need some fixing/upgrading too. There were only 2 ping pong balls and the paddles were in bad shape. We couldn't play darts because all of the darts were broken. There were a couple bikes that were not in working order so not everyone could go on a bike ride at one time. The chain was broken in one of the upstairs bathroom toilets so we had to reach into the back and pull the stopper in order for the toilet to flush. The washer/dryer are getting a little worn down and old. The house was very clean at first glance but there was a crackers and food under the main living room couch cushions and under the couch. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The second refrigerator in the garage was nice. The bikes that were in working order were pretty good quality. I would definitely stay at this property again if these details were tightened up.

Fantastic Vacation "destination" house!
This is a 5-star vacation home! We loved the spaciousness and floor plan of the house with plenty of room to have your family under one roof and enjoy your privacy. The amenities and activities in the house make it a self contained property. The owner, Rick, was very professional and good at communicating with us via text to answer all questions/requests in a timely manner. We HIGHLY recommend this house for your next get-away or vacation in the Sunriver Resort area!

Sunriver rental
Loved the setup! Great kitchen and fully stocked. All bedrooms attached to a bath which was really nice. Good value for the money. Owner was super responsive and helpful, even mailed us a retainer we left in the bathroom! Will be putting this on my favorites to rent in the future. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay
Our family couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay on our family vacation. This house is in excellent condition, very clean and so much room to accommodate all of our family. It is in a great location for easy access for all our needs. Definitely one we will be coming back too!
