During my stay at the property, I was pretty pleased with most aspects of it and would have given it a 5-star rating. However, there was a safety concern that needs to be addressed. The keyless door locks are outdated and need to be replaced. Unlike a smart keyless entry, the lock on the property requires manual disassembly to change the code, making it a difficult task. It would be ideal to have a smart lock with Bluetooth technology that allows for easy changing of the code between guests. We didn't feel safe knowing that previous guests could have access to the home with the existing lock. When I brought up this concern, I was told that "there are multi codes to the property," but I'm not sure what that meant regarding changing the code between guests. We had the same model of lock on our home that we converted to a vacation rental; we quickly replaced it with a smart lock for security reasons and our guest felt very secure!! $259 on Amazon fix. I should also note that my daughter woke up one night feeling frightened and thought someone was in the home, although it could have just been her imagination, it was near Halloween after all. Otherwise, the house was well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen only had four teaspoons, which required frequent washing but not a big deal. The home's rules were clearly laid out and the spa was enjoyable. We would consider staying again if the lock were replaced. Thank you!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed our Sedona visit. The house is thoughtfully appointed with beautiful views in a great location. Kitchen was well-equipped (other than a broken ice maker and no ice cube trays), there were plenty of linens/towels, and bedrooms were comfortable. Dining/living room seating for our 6 adults was great. On the down side the sleep sofas were not in good shape and the Wi-Fi was very weak. Hot tub was wonderful but unusable at night due to a lack of outdoor lighting.

What a wonderful home with breathtaking views. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee (provided) on the balcony. They have thought of everything!!! We didnt need it, but they provided a travel toothbrush and toothpaste. They had mini makeup towelettes. Seriously, they thought of everything! I spoke with Lori and she was wonderful. She responded quickly. She was as lovely as her home. Our family of 4 would highly recommend booking this home. We didnt have time to enjoy the hot tub or the BBQ, but plan on it for the next time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and flatware you could need. We loved the spacious layout, including the bonus game room with PacMan. We did lots of hiking, and came back to cook and relax and there was plenty of space for 6 of us to visit. It was so beautiful.

House is very clean and had all the things we needed. The balcony view is beautiful and location is close to everything. The linens, beds and towels were high end. The house is close to a major roadway, but inside the home was very quiet. You do not hear the traffic. The home is very cozy and welcoming. I would recommend this house again. Lovely stay for a girls weekend.

The house was so much more than expected. The views were so beautiful they did not look real. It was conveniently located for hiking, grocery shopping and close to downtown. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 10 adults. We did not feel crowded at all. On the last day we were very grateful for a late check out because we were headed to the Grand Canyon. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

We spent 3 daya in this amazing home. When we first walked in the view stopped us in our tracks. It was beautiful. This home was beautiful it was also extremely clean!!!! We we’re close to tons of restaurants & shopping. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend

The house was absolutely beautiful and the cleanest rental we have ever seen. The views are spectacular and the house is so very comfortable with everything we could possible need. Everything about this was easy!!

Our group of 7 women absolutely adored this house. The views are spectacular and the house is very comfortable. The beds and pillows were all excellent (and that's a big deal after days of hiking). Everything was well equipped and there is plenty of room for a large group. Outdoor decks and hot tub also super. Location is equally excellent - one can walk to trails from the house, and easily drive to other trails. Grocery stores are a couple minutes by car. A super house and great location. We all agreed we look forward to renting this house again.

This was an incredible house in a great location in West Sedona. The views are amazing with a full panorama of some of Sedona's most beautiful mountains. The house is big and very well supplied. The check-in and check-out processes were among the easiest I've ever seen. I highly recommend staying here.

The best property I have ever stayed at. Extremely clean (spotless!), fully stocked with everything you might need, excellent location near town, Whole Foods, CVS! Coffee machine wasn’t working, we texted the owner and they provided a replacement to our doorstep within hours. Kids loved the foosball table and Pac-Man, we all enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Location was close to everything. Great views and room to spread out. Kids enjoyed the TV room with the Pac Man game.

The perfect sedona getaway!

This home was complete with everything you could ever need to enjoy family fun and R&R at the same time. Beautiful view and close to restaurants and shopping. All you need to bring is yourself, clothes and food. Even rainy weather didn't dampen the beauty of the red rock mountains and gives you the opportunity to stay indoors for a day and just spend time with family. I highly recommend spending time in this beautiful home and take advantage of all it has to offer.

The property has a beautiful and the location is just as nice. Between the view, balcony, hot tub and fire pit you can’t go wrong!

Our family of four had an amazing stay at Donna's home. The house had everything we needed. After hiking in Sedona, it was great to come back and relax in the hot tub which offers a fantastic view. We hope to return and would absolutely choose to stay here again.

When arrived the lights were on in the house which was welcoming. The view is outstanding. The location was great close to Safeway grocery store, west Sedona and also downtown sedona. We were on family vacation that house offered good space with private bedrooms for our 2 adult children and spouses. The family room area had a sofa sleeper my 10 year old slept on. She played the Pac-Man game. We were so busy I never had the chance. The lot is nice no neighbors to the left and no neighbors in the backyard, felt private with only one neighbor to the right. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked one to 2 meals a day at the house. All the bathrooms had soap and shampoo I would not have had to pack shampoo. My adult son said it is one of the favorite houses we have stayed over the years though it was not the fanciest. The cabinets and woodwork was a bit dated but we did not mind.

This home was perfect for our family of 9. The view is spectacular and the accommodations were excellent . The quality of bedding, towels & other essentials were great. The homeowner was very helpful and took care of all of our needs. We will definitely come back.

The property is LOADED with supplies. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner and had all the pots/pans we needed. The house is so clean and comfortable. This is our third time to Sedona and the house made it that much better! We enjoyed our time and honestly loved hanging out at the house and looking at the AMAZING views. We will be back!!

This house was amazing. The amenities were wonderful and hiking right outside the door. Hiked up Airport trail ( Summit and Brewster Trail) The game room was awesome for the kids and they loved having their own room for sleeping. Location was perfect and the views outstanding. Very spacious and well equipped home close to downtown Sedona. Communication with the property manager was easy with quick responses. We very much enjoyed our time in this home!

We had a wonderful time in this meticulously clean , organized, well-kept home. The location to town was perfect. The views out of the living room windows stunning. The fireplace added so much to the ambience. The extra’s including the coffee bar so generous. Comfortable beds, easy to house the four of us in separate spaces. We would return to this space on our next visit.
