The room is clean and nice. Everyone was really nice with me and I felt extremely welcome to stay here. Really appreciate that on New Year's Eve I was gifted a bottle of Prosecco. The location is close to the main attractions and the instructions to get to the room were clear.

Absolutely stunning and cozy room and great location. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and cute balcony. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast in a cafeteria (just few meters from the B&B) that was included was delicious with great coffee. 10/10! Highly recommended!

Top Lage, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.

L'alloggio si trova in una posizione comoda e vicino a centro. Abbiamo trovato la soluzione self check in davvero efficace e la comunicazione con la struttura è risultata ottima. Ci ha sorpreso molto l'angolo ristoro nell'area comune del B&B compresa di macchina del caffè, acqua, biscotti, bicchieri e tazze. Inoltre la colazione inclusa nella prenotazione e fatta nel bar convenzionato e vicinissimo alla struttura ci è piaciuta.

Camera poco insonorizzata, si sentivano molto le persone che entravano ed uscivano dalla porta principale e chi si riforniva nell'area ristoro all'ingresso.

Rooms were well decorated and clean. Very quiet in terms of street noise compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Alex was really helpful on WhatsApp. The breakfast was amazing - overall the stay was amazing value and would recommend to anyone coming to Pisa!

Located in the oldest part of Pisa, and only a 20 minutes’ walk from the train station, this apartment has been split into several separate rooms, each decorated wonderfully with bright modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The location is very close to restaurants and bars, but in a quiet street away from most of the tourists. We had vouchers for breakfast in a café with a small garden, which was a very short distance away. There were a selection of breakfast options including fantastic pastries (see photograph). Luisa also kindly arranged a terrific guided tour of Pisa for us and the messages we received about keys, etc. was also excellent. Based on the number of thankyou notes on the back of the main apartment door La Lu rooms obviously have many very happy customers and after our visit they have four more.

Great location, pretty close to the tower and near restaurants yet it was very quiet. Our room had a balcony with views to the backyard which was a nice plus. We had to check out before the breakfast café opened but Fatima talked to the café staff and we could take away the breakfast earlier.

Would have been great if there was a way to store luggage with a code in some sort of lockers instead of a shared room.

Gorgeous place in the heart of Pisa! Close to so many great restaurants, cafes and attractions but very quiet at night. The place was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with lots of extra thoughtful touches (extra towels, nice soaps and shampoo etc.), and a super comfortable bed for an excellent night's sleep. We only stayed for one night but it could certainly have been longer. Communication with the host was also fantastic - we had a bit of confusion with check-in but Alec immediately responded to help which made everything go smoothy. Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Pisa!

Loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the room and facilities were everything we would want and more. Air con worked very well and loved the water cooler in the hallway!

The room was a good size and it was decorated very nice! Lots of great extra touches like coffee, biscuits and cold filtered water.

Bit of trouble with them not handing over check in instructions as they couldn’t find my email with ID. But it was sorted and we were able to access the room.

It is very simple, but still has everything one needs for a couple of nights in Pisa. Renting a place like this, you expect mostly a cozy and clean room. That is exactly what you are going to find and have a good night of sleep.

The check-in process was a bit goofy, but I think it was just unlucky from us. The property said they sent the instructions through e-mail, but somehow we did not receive it. We needed to reach them by phone and everything got sorted-out quick. No major issue.

Amazing location, the self check-in was easy, the staff gave us all the info we needed and was very nice. I would definetely recommend!

Great location, room was a good size, clean and with a lovely bathroom. Love the extra facilities of water cooler. Self check in worked well due to the great communication and ample messages describing how to access the building.

The property was absolute perfection! It was modern, spacious, and everything little detail have been thought about!

My only recommendation would be perhaps a little shelf in the shower would have been helpful to hold my shampoo and conditioner but other than that the stay was perfect!

Nicely decorated, comfortable, and great location. Feel very secure with the 3 doors you go through to the outside. Everything you need is there, Luisa has thought of everything. Delicious breakfast too 😋.

A few big cobwebs in the room and lots of mosquitos but there is some repellant in the luggage store.

Lovely, clean and quiet room in excellent location. Very helpful staff, easy check-in via WhatsApp. Excellent also that it is possible to store the luggage after check-out. I even received some Valentin's day chocolate, which was much appreciated.

It was a bit cold in the room at this time of the year, but nothing much to worry about. I have not tried the breakfast, so cannot comment on that.
