Nice little place. David is very helpful. Quiet cabin.

we felt very safe there. near shopping and food. Good quality towels and bed. Bathroom was small and no light in shower. WiFi worked well, full size refrigerator. also liked the individual cabin.

The facilities are basic, but fully comfortable, and I had all of the things I wanted. The price was good. It was easy to walk to the rodeo grounds, the library, park, and downtown. The Internet was fast and reliable. The air-conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was great. I stayed in a cabin, which had a nice sense of privacy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dave's and would stay there again.

It would have been nice to have a bit more lighting in the cabin.

dusty in places coffee pot wasn’t cleaned had some coffee i it carafe had coffee stains I could not clean it good. recliner looks like it needed shampooing

This was the cleanest place I stayed at on my trip through the State. Dave is great. Very helpful. I had to change my plans, cut my trip short, and called to see it there was another room for the next night and there was. Would highly recommend it.

Cozy motel. Nice room

The cabin looked very small from the outside but inside it was surprisingly roomy and very, very comfortable. Enjoyed the privacy of being away from the main rooms.

Dave and Ann were attentive to whatever I needed.

We appreciate Dave coming to check us in on our late arrival of 11:30 PM. The place was a small cabin for two people. It was just enough for us. It was newly remodeled, clean and the bed was very comfy. Each day we had fresh towels.

Staff was very friendly.

Cabins were converted tuff sheds. Not very comfortable
