Did not like anything.

The check-in was only between 16:00 and 19:00 which means if you were not there on this time you would not be able to have access to the hotel. At 16:00 they made us queue outside the hotel because they did not allow us inside the hotel. There was no toilet inside the room which means we had to share with everyone in the same floor, which made us feel like we were in a hostel. There was not a breakfast or even an option to have a breakfast. the area was dark and weird, I did not feel safe when I was going back to the hotel at night. Our room was in the 4th floor and there was no lift. Most of the hotels let you keep your luggage with them during the day after your check out, they did not even consider that option. check out could only be at 10:00. Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my life, would definitely not recommend it or come back.

Location was practical for me since I had a conference at Leipzig university. I had no issues at all with the shared facilities and my own room had everything I needed

it's not really a hotel but a dormitory so the name is a scam

The staff is not nice, they cheat and take care of all matters outside, not letting them into the dormitory. Society is very unpleasant.

Smelly place, unclean rooms and corridors, no elevator,very and I mean very rude staff, dangerous area(the gate to the hotel stay opened in an area filled with junkies) this was the worst for me besides the hidden fee they charged me which wasn't stated anywhere in my booking... I'm an average Joe, I barely ever make reviews about places and if I do I always make them fine because someone at the reception smiled at me or something like that, I'm a Libra guy as my mom says, I am gentle even when I don't need to, ladies will get me on this one... but this place, this place really stood out in a very bad manner.. Leipzig have many incredible places to stay for a very decent price, this hotel is an absolute no go.

I think it's good that they still insist on vaccination certificates. However, this initial delight was quickly overshadowed by the negatives.

When you check in they scan your passport/ID, this clearly violates the BDSG (§3a BDSG), which states that you should only use and ask for as little personal data as possible. The fact that they scan you passport is only for their own egoist benefit and disregards data privacy and ownership. A professional hotel would look at your passport, but never photocopy and save it. Additionally, we couldn't sleep well due to the loud street. It also seems like a pretty bad neighborhood. The morning we checked out some vandals threw stones at the neighbors and fought with them until the police had to come. Overall, my friends and I did not feel comfortable at this place.

there are 3€ per person for each night to pay cash as taxes. it would be nicer to know that in advance and pay it also with booking

the location is good, just a few bus stops from the city center. the grocery store is very close and convenient . for the price you pay, it is a good deal.

the check in was slow, it was a hot day and there are quite a few people were waiting in front of the door on street for checking in. they could have let the guests go inside the reception room to wait, at least it was cooler than on the street. people are tired and it was really hot. there are a few potholes in the hallway needs to be filled.

Clean, good personnel, good value for money for a short stay

Would be good if there were a place to eat inside of the building as eating outside is not really comfortable when the weather is not good (tho there is a microwave oven and a place to wash hands there which are quite handy)

Very good deal at a reasonable cost. I liked that this is not just a commercial hotel, but a part of a non-for-profit organization that is specialized in STEM education of childre with a focus on mechanical engineering and space exploration. The location is convenient, a short walk from 2 tram stops, and only several tram stops from the city center. Special thanks to Ivona and Ralf! We will come back again.

Everything was good. Maybe one furniture item in our room can be improved -- the bench that stands next to the wall, it has a tendency to fall down :)) But this is a minor thing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and it is only a short tram ride from the city center.

Everything took way to long check in took almost 1 hour never again

Everything was complicated no acces thrue the reception had to walk to another door everything was complicated to acces the building, even parking the car arround the building, then walking back to acces the building, Need to go thrue a gate then open the door and go upstairs. Then the redicculous warnings about smoking that you get a fine of 400 euro if you smoke. Well let me tell you this they are not allowed to give you a fine at all.

People there are very friendly and helpful. Quite place. Shower room is very clean despite the fact that the shower room is shared and located on the floor. There is a sink in the room, which is also quite good.
