The customer service was the worst. At the restaurant they took hours to sit you down and 30 minutes to take the order.

State of the art property. The resort itself is amazing but the treatment I got from the staff is what’s making me come back. The entertainment and the food were also amazing. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

It’s a newer property. The bar staff at punch bar were amazing definitely made friends with them during my trip. The foam party was lit. The dining at restaurants were amazing.

My stay with you was not pleasant, I went with my husband to celebrate our honeymoon, first they put us in a room with two beds and we had to ask to change it because it was our honeymoon, we also did not receive their bathing shoes and the other guests did, one of the days the air was completely damaged in all the facilities and we had to sleep very hot, when we called to ask to fix it we were very poorly attended by the workers, the Buffette is very poor, it had no variety and we could not visit all the restaurants at the menu because they were always full and there aren't many options either. They made us pay a mandatory refundable hold to consume inside the hotel but we were not prepared to pay more money than we had already paid. We are very disappointed and we would not return, it is not worth it, false advertising, there is no value for money.

The staff especially Cesar Lugo and Dennis Gustavo. Both were always on point

I love everything! The variety of food, the amenities, the pools, the attention in the bars, the room was comfortable and clean

When we arrive the person who check ur reserve outside needs a tablet. Is so too archaic and a waste of time looking for the names

there were a lot of flies in the Boathouse restaurant and some of the bars.

Room phone was not working, we had to go to the lobby for everything, just imagine how uncomfortable that is while you are trying to enjoy ur vacation. Roach in room/ insects. We were constantly being harassed to visit their timeshare presentation. Very aggressive!!! Can’t swim in their beach area, we need to go to the next door resort, which is not so close. If you call they say their beach is open but never tell you, you can’t swim in it. Only 1 Restaurant is open for lunch ( Rum Runner) which has the most unprofessional and nasty manager ( Nelkin ) We went there for lunch and needed to use the bathroom, we asked him where is the bathroom 3 times and he ignored us then proceeded to nastily say you need a cover up, mind you I already had one on top of my bathing suit, even though the restaurant is literally attached to the pool, to make it worst they were multiple other people not wearing any cover ups and we have pictures and videos as proof. This made our anniversary experience terrible, is very upsetting after paying all that money and flying to another country to experience something that on your 10 year anniversary. We tried speaking with the Manager on Duty Shepards and he said he will get back to us after a meeting and see how the are going to rectify this issue, we never got a callback. After no word from Shepard we sent him messages via WhatsApp and he said they director will call us, it’s been over a month we are back in the states and still no call from anyone. They totally ignored us! So yeah our 10 year anniversary was definitely one to remember thanks to Margaritaville Punta Cana Restaurants not having items listed on menu. For example we went to the only food restaurant that was actually decent; The Steakhouse and every night they didn’t have the same items available, they said they ran out for the night 👀
