The accommodation, location and access to activities was perfect for our family.

The property host Monica was amazing! She was accessible and provided great dining and activities suggestions. The grounds were so cool…the lagoon with all the beautiful fish and the Pier never got old. We had a blast! Thanks for the memories!!

Our group of 7 arrived late in the evening, so I was a little worried we wouldn’t be able to get in that late. BUT Mrs. Monica(owner) made sure the guard knew we were coming in the late hours of the night and made check-in such a breeze! THEN, the palace was just so clean, spacious, and well decorated. Loved the sliding door blinds on the second floor. What you see in the pictures online is really what you get. It’s 3-floors with a bathroom on each floor! The shower were clean, plenty of towels and pillows! We could find trash bags, but it wasn’t like we didn’t just go out and get some, so no big deal. Oh! The owners were very communicative and left us tons of information on places to go eat at and things to do. So honestly no complaints, here. For the keys this is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed. Would recommend you and your family to book it ASAP, if your vacationing there!

We loved our stay at Kawama. We were two families that shared this condo and it was perfect. The condo was clean and very nice. We would definitely rent there again. Also, the pool was right outside our condo, the boat that we brought with us was a short walk to the marina. There were several beautiful seating areas to relax around Kawama. It was very quiet, which we loved and the people in the community were very friendly. We would highly recommend this place to any of our friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space for 4 adults and two children. Communication with the property owner was very easy and straight forward. Would stay again if we make it back to Key Largo.

Our family of four adults stayed here for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable (1 king for me and my husband and 2 queens for our adult sons). We had fishing trips out of Key Largo and out of Islamorada- the townhome was very convenient to all these locations. The townhome was as advertised- note that the stairs are steep just in case you have someone in your group who can’t manage. Also note the king bedroom is not advertised as it is but it is not a master suite. Monica the host was super responsive before and during our stay. The townhome is a great location in Kawama- one of the pools is just a few steps out the back door, the marina, jetty, small private beach area and lagoon are just a short walk! We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Key Largo!

Overall the property was nice. I think they should get new pillows for the beds and address the second floor bathroom. We enjoyed the bikes and pool noodles and played pickleball. Fun getaway with the family!

Kawama is a lovely small ocean side community in Key Largo. Within a mile of great waterside restaurants, either canals, ocean or bay. Great choices of seafood, drink choices and sunset views. Community and house are great for families as there is a playground and 2 heated pools for much quality family time. The lagoon is an added bonus for snorkeling and kayaking. We enjoyed this house as it afforded privacy for 3 families- 6 adults and 2 children. The host was lovely and very attentive to our questions. We made lovely memories.

The property was very nice and the location was great. The only thing is the property lacked a few basic necessities that I consider are standard for any property. There were no washcloths for the bathrooms and the extra pullout bed lacked a full set of sheets. Thankfully we thought to bring beach/pool towels because the property only had three and we were a family of six. The property will sleep eight. Otherwise the property was great.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The space was plentiful and just the right size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed all Key Largo, Tavernier and Islamorada had to offer, including the pool and beach area at the resort. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The proximity to the pool was convenient. We walked out on the jetty to watch the beautiful sunsets. It was nice to be able to stream shows on the different apps that were already logged in. Our host Monica was very nice and responsive. We would definitely come back.

The property is fabulous! All the amenities were wonderful for our multi generational family. Monica was quick to respond to questions and we had a truly wonderful time.

The property is just as shown. It was clean and cute and spacious. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space. The property is located conveniently across from the pool and right near the lagoon. Many things including restaurants and conveniences are a handful of minutes away by car. We enjoyed our stay immensely. There could have been more linens and towels and the one significant thing that was missing was a dining table for more than 3 people. There is the counter from the kitchen but as a group of 5 we had to squeeze ourselves on the porch dining. Not a deal breaker at all but the one downside. All in all we had a wonderful relaxing and perfect weather week!

The rental was very comfortable, safe, and easily accessible to resort amenities, area restaurants and area attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The resort had everything we could have hoped for and our little one really enjoyed the lagoon and pools. The townhome was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Key Largo.

Plenty to do within the community. Kids had a great time at the pool and we enjoyed BBQ at the grill. Par for two cars were a big help.

This was the perfect location for relaxing and exploring the Keys with family. We had three generations stay here and it was perfect for us. For those with older family just be aware that there are a lot of stairs in the three story unit. The unit is well furnished and equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was exactly as described. Spacious, super clean, and had everything needed for a terrific fishing weekend with family. Owner communication was A+. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo, everything was well stocked. All the things and more to cook for my family of 6. The pools were wonderful. Teens and adults enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

Monica's property was perfect for our little Easter weekend get away with our kids and our friends and their kiddos. Between the pools that were in Kawama and the hours spent on the Lagoon, there is plenty to do right on the property without having to go to far. We did a few outings around the keys, that were wonderful, like renting a boat (which I highly recommend) but if you just wanted a place to stay and enjoy this was definitely perfect for that as well. The placement of this property was perfect, with the pool right outside the steps and only a few steps to the lagoon and anything and everything else around the area, it was all easily accessed! The kids enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the lagoon, as well as snorkeling in it and playing on the beach on the opposite side, the Lagoon was a nice change from the pool every now and then. Also there was lots of time spent watching the iguanas and chasing lizards around too. We also ventured down to the pier by the marina where the kiddos went out by the rocks and we saw some sting rays, crabs, lobsters, other cool fish and the kids played there for hours with their nets trying to catch as much as they could and to see what else they could find. For reference we had 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8 and we all fit in the property well and it suited all our needs perfectly! We did some grilling on the big grill, but we also did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and just enjoyed our food on our porch as well! We had a fabulous time and I think this will be a vacation our kiddos will always remember. Their first trip to the ocean did not disappoint. I would highly recommend staying here, the property was clean, updated, Monica was always super responsive and wonderful and overall this was the perfect place for our family and friend getaway!
