Friendly & down to earth staff, great breakfast, great bar, beautiful location

Needs a glass panel between reception and bar area to keep social and dining areas warmer.

what a surprise. it so not often that you find a modern hotel ran by a hound passionate team in the region, what a find. the view on the lake is amazing and the food is a good reason in itself to stop by the hotel. the room was large, we had a duplex, and had APW did view on the lake and a small balcony. highly recommended.

Attractive location for day time activities by the lake, breakfast was of a high quality however cooked breakfast would have been a bonus/ some variety to the breakfast which was the same everyday. Staff were friendly

The food options on the menu were pretty pricey (considering the stay was good value for money) I think it would be nice if hotel guests got discounted food? We booked the Sunday BBQ but subsequently cancelled due to the price. Location- Quite a long walk to cheaper options to eat in montriond, bus service was a little unreliable but not the hotels fault!

The hotel is located in such a beautiful place. Everything is super clean and the staff was really helpful, Kyle from the kitchen even gave my boyfriend and me a ride towards the cable car station and guided us when we were looking for activities to do.

Great location, fantastic staff. Food is very good, although not quite on the cheap side. Room was cleaned everyday. The lake offesrs a lot of activities. The parking was next to the hotel. The hotel has a bike storage, key locked. Great pizza!

The room could be bigger. THe bed matress should be more comfortable. The price of the drinks is a bit too steep (13 euros for a large IPA). Menu could be a bit more diverse (4 days a week pizza)

Location, fantastic lake, and nature...

The hotel is overrated and overpriced: too expensive for a tiny room; no possibility to change the room even if it was an alternative, no cleaning service in the room within 3 days; very noisy; smells from the kitchen while cooking if you open the windows in the room. Very disappointed...

I really like my room in the corner of the hotel. I really appreciate the view and the space it have, with the balcony. The hotel is also warm like it should be, because it is very cold outside. The staff were perfectly cool and really at our service for any help. i would like to thank the two barman who served my friends with good vibes. i really enjoyed the location and what is around.

I would like to report an incident that happened during my last night. I left my key at the reception before going to the wedding, to be collected after. On our return with other guests, my key was the only one missing at the reception table. I ended up staying at my friend‘s room sharing the bed, and caused extreme inconvenience. Due to to this my last night at the hotel was not comfortable and stressful. I tried to escalate the issue at the reception but was advised to write an email.

lovely ambiance, great location and great food. good beers on tap too. having skis delivered to hotel and lift passes provided bt hotel was fantastic and meant we got on to the slopes early on our first day.

not a complaint but a suggestion would be to offer a lift service to Ardent for guests. this was offered at the hotel we used to stay at in Morzine and was very convenient
