value for money is terrible. hotel is very old and run down (except rooms). expect a typical large crapy old hotel.

Beautiful Palace! A+. Very Unique and well kept. Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Nice options of restaurants. The Suite was very nice and clean. The Staff were very welcoming and kind!

The price of food and entertainment is fair. We enjoy the hammam and sauna.

The only 5-star hotel in the area as I’ve read. It is the most modern hotel we stayed at on our round trip of the country. Met our expectations as an upscale hotel. Staff were courteous. Quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast fee is outrageous. One will be able to surely find a reasonably priced breakfast somewhere.

The environment was very nice to walk around. The area around the pool impressive.

Food. Hugely overpriced for the poor quality. Having a buffet style for so few guests caused the food to dry out for breakfast and dinner. Lucky found other options.

The overall experience was great. Our group received complimentary upgrades as they happened to be available. The rooms and facilities were superb and the hotel is simply gorgeous. If we were to ever Ourzazate again, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Might have been a bit on the expensive side, but it is expected as it is a proper hotel with excellent facilities.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice, but it was freezing cold and the aircon wasn’t up to warming it up properly.
