Location is nice on a peaceful part of the city with good connection to city centrum. Apartment accomodation was well functioning and adequately furnished space.

Apartment was very common, without any advantages or other upsides.

Place is in nice location (a bit out of city center) and common areas in fairly good shape. Room layout is nice and was fairly spacious.

Room had seen it's best days. Furniture was quite aged, even if someone might argue that it's in purpose. Temperature regulator in the shower was pretty much broken. One managed to adjust by trickling the shower on and off, but still, it was effectively non-functional. Bide shower was also leaking on the floor from pretty much every place on it. Parking house roof was leaking and bringing some mineral(?) stains on top of cars. I kind of hope it goes off in a rain or car wash. Maintenance would require a bit more attention I guess. Appears that Holiday Clubs also share a standard bed sofa. Which hard as stone for sleeping. Not nice. Already experienced the same in Imatra this month.

There was a private sauna in my apartment.Hotel is on lake's bank but it looks like marina on the swą.

Good location with beautiful surrounding by the lake. Dog friendly. Cosy and clean appartment with fully equipment - kitchen dishes etc.

No air condition. Beds upstairs so quite hot in sleeping area.

Excellent Spa hotel with ample facilities. Sauna in the apartment was perfect.

20min walk into town, but can catch the bus.

bedrooms was really big and some of them had own bathrooms. View from the room was great, lake and behind that was city lights.

Materials was not so good if you compare how expensive is building with that location

Good location - nearby the lake, kids were having fun ice skating on the lake. Apartment - we were having the studio apartment, its good fit for 3 people, nice and cozy. Surprisingly there is a sauna room in the bathroom, we have enjoyed so much. Kitchen utensils is fully equipped. Good service - R kioski is on the 1st floor, easy to grab and go. K market is in walking distance. Staffs - They are so nice and friendly. I highly recommended.

Upstairs area has ridiculously low ceilings, at times little over 1.2m; Downstairs shower very small; Soft beds; Bedroom windows have no heavy blinds despite looking onto building atrium which is lit up 24/7; Complete lack of wifi or for that matter any form of internet;

No air conditioning in the room.

The "view" was towards the opposite ceiling/wall only few meters away in both of the apartments. Room was very hot and dark. Also the facilities varied between the apartments (we had to change room once as they said when booking), second apartments had squeaky beds (otherwise comfortable) and for example frying pan was completely scratched. Definitely not worth the money and not as expected (lake view or at least a view) when booking and looking at the images.

The hotel definitely one of the most memorable stop during our vacation. The building is amazing and full of different facilities and services so you basically don't even need to leave the hotel at all. The apartment was clean and REALLY spacious. There's a R-Kioski & cloth shops right in the building. The building looks amazing and has a great view on the lake bay. Spa, massage, treatments, gym, hamam, sauna, huge warm pool, pool for kids, and so on and so far. Food is fine. Despite all the cons below, it's definitely the best place to stay with a family in Tampere.

Location isn't great, but I think it doesn't matter for most of the people and, well, it isn't a main purpose of the hotel. Spa is a bit crowded on weekend, but one can interpret it as a good sign (the place is cool overall). There's a power-plant (?) nearby, but it's almost unnoticeable.
