There was very little that was acceptable with this hotel

Very noisy especially by residents holding group meetings in their room past midnight. Very poor breakfast and very poor attention by serving staff. There is a mosque close by with a loudspeaker discharging at 6am. Cleanliness not much good. Residents smoking in their room while the hotel has a no smoking policy. No hot water one morning but no effort was made even by the following day to repair it. Certainly not recommended to anyone planning to book it.

I have never written a negative review however in this instance, I feel obligated to truthfully review our experience. The staff rarely acknowledge us when at the motel unless we ask for assistance. Breakfast staff did not engage with guests at all and spent majority of their time on mobile phones and in the kitchen area. All guests had to attend the kitchen with their cups to ask for coffee. The room although large, had heavily stained carpets and the mattress was of very poor quality, very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was right beside the railway line which was extremely loud also in the early mornings and late evenings. We checked out earlier than anticipated at a financial loss as the experience was not a positive one for us.

Elaborate breakfast. Friendly staff. Very big rooms with all amenities. Plenty of parking spaces in front of hotel. Very near to traditional restaurants. Various shopping malls in vicinity. Metro station nearby.

Going through my staff by the housekeeper was unprofessional. Although having mentioning this to the manager (Mr Sabahattin), he has accused me of rigging this and accused me of trying to get free accommodation at the hotel. Due to this behaviour I have checked out early and cancelled my future stay at the hotel.

The approach of the receptionist was unprofessional.

Sofa bed was uncomfirtable

the given room was no working AC in a day and you need to open windows as it’s hot and then it was so noisy and all sides of the room was windows other than bed side. curtains can’t handle the sunlight. it was really not good experience to stay here.

Perfect location

Booked a room with 2 separate rooms for myself and my coworker (2 males) only to find out we were assigned to a room that has only one double bed. Hotel refused to give us the booked room and tried to argue that we did not book that room even though we had the booking confirmation in our hands. We ended up renting a second room, booking.com did not do anything either. Ridiculous experience.
