It was really nice villa. We could cook our food. Also it was clean and nice. Host is really kind person.

It was all nice just a small point about the location , it is 0.5 km away from bus station. If you have luggage then you have no option but to drag it.

Maria is very responsive, super friendly, welcoming and helpful and always with smiling. She helps with airport transfers and tourist informations. Very clean establishment inside and outside, well located. Modern bathroom. just sheet a bit small for the single bed. But otherwise there is everything you need, it's perfect. Unobstructed view of the sea. very good quality / price If we come back to Fira, it will be this hotel again :-) Thank you!

Everything was clean and everyday we had room service with new bath towels, new toiletries, new bath rug, they threw out the trash and when we forgot to do the dishes in the morning (so sorry for the inconvenience!) they even did them for us. Sure it's not the most modern or up do date design, but it was for sure so much more than we expected for Santorini and even more for the price we payed. We really loved our stay and would come back again. It's 5 min away from the center of Fira and the beautiful views of the caldera and also the very busy bus stop.

The mattress was a bit tough.

Only stayed on night before flight. close to main bus stop, just cut through car park at end of road. Simple. Room looked like it has been recently refurbished. Guy who checked us in was great, as was the lady who was there the following day. Very nice pool area. Wi-Fi excellent, pool was lovely, unfortunately did not get to swim as had to fly out (wet clothing not good in luggage :-)....)

Very nice studio, walking distance to the center, quiet area with wide view, very nice host, perfect stay! We will definitely come back.

It was as expected. Nothing to dislike.

Staff is amazing. Great people with good energy. The hotel is not far at all from all the things people want in Fira. It was literally a 7 min walk to get to the main area. Pool and the views are also a plus. We were able to grab a time lapse of the sun rise. The bus' are also close to this location so utilize the bus system to get around, it's very user friendly. The area is safe as well. We came back late at night from going out and had zero issues.

Everything was pretty good. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the bedding could be updated, but again, this is very minor.

With in walking distance of the main town and close to all ammeneties. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony and a beautiful view. Great pool and courtyard.

Very good value for money given the location. 5 minute walk into the town of Fira, which is a fantastic base for a few days in Santorini! The room was clean with air con and had a view of the water on the far side of Santorini. The pool area was lovely.

The room was very accessible to front entrance and we could see the pool and see view from our balcony. Best part was Maria. She kept in contact with us during our missed flight from Athens to Santorini, and organized our pick up and drive back to airport from the hotel. She was extremely helpful and friendly.

The towels were very stiff (could use some kind of fabric softener, or something).

if you want to stay only a 7 minute walk to the town square and stay in a lovely family run hotel with a wonderful pool I recommend this hotel on Santorini

The staff, facilities, and room were all perfect. It was quiet enough, black out blinds were provided, and the room ambiance was wonderful. It would have been really helpful to have screens on the doors so mosquitoes didn’t come in when airing out the room, but there was a beautiful light curtain that helped. The interior design was authentic Greek style, which we loved. The pool area was beautiful. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, with a yes-attitude. 😊 The location was very good- a few minutes out of the busy part of town made it somewhat quieter. Tip for future travellers headed to the bus stop/Fira: go up the parking lot ramp, cut through the lot, then cut through the park. (It’s safer and quicker this way.)

The tiny critique we have is a large dead bug that was flattened on the shower ledge, as well as hairs from the previous guest plastered on the shower walls, but honestly everything else was clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the bus station but still have peace. The pool is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I would recommend that they sell snacks or food at the reception.

Maria and the other staffs are all friendly, helpful and nice. The location is perfect to watch sunrise and very near Fira city centre. Easy to get to Oia and other places in Santorini.

Great central but quiet location (as others have said, go straight through the car park down the hill from the bus station to abound non-pavemented road). Amazing pool area to relax. A large, clean comfortable room. Very friendly hosts.

I specifically booked a room with two beds. Yet when we arrived, we were told that if we wanted a room with two beds we were supposed to call and ask for that. They did nothing to resolve this and I am not sure why we would have had to call ahead to tell them what it already said in our booking? The place next door was so loud we could barely sleep - constant music, screaming, partying (not even the other guests, but just the adjacent hotel). The wifi did not work for me once the entire time and I tried every single wifi option they had. I am from the states and was on a plan that required wifi to do anything so I was unable to do anything during my stay (I could barely even send a text message). Which put a bit of a damper on the trip as I couldn't even look things up or help with navigation etc - thank god my friend has an international plan. Staff was never really around to help with any issues. The site lists that there is a "hot tub" or a "whirlpool" and when we asked where it was, the reception pointed to the actual pool and said "it gets hot in the summer". The site also lists breakfast. There is no breakfast and the closest breakfast place is about a 15 minute walk away. This is fine but the site shouldn't list something that is blatantly not there. The most dissapointing part of this place was that the water was the most disgusting water I have ever ingested in my entire life. When we arrived, I was feeling super thirsty from the trip and absent-mindedly quickly filled up my water in the sink. I took a sip of it and literally GAGGED. I should have known better than to drink from the tap at all, but I mean, this was like... straight poop-water. Disgusting. Even having swallowed the TINIEST little bit of it made me violently ill. Traveler's diarhhea literally ruined the next week of my life. You can't even brush your teeth with the water. When I asked the front desk for bottled water they tried to charge me.
