Very nice and clean appartamenti, the owner was very friendly and helpful, I really loved my stay.

So many black out but of course it's all around the city and not the owner fault who has a generator. Simbock is a bit far away from Yaounde center but it's nice place anyway

The welcoming attitude and support of the property owner was praiseworthy. The issues I had during my stay was expected, can't get more with this money!

A towel and mosquito net could've been added (if require with additional money).

The general setup of the flat is good, however, thorough and regular cleaning will greatly improve its standing.

Apartment was not clean. I did an extra cleaning myself on arrival. The bedsheet were old and didn't look well kept either, so I bought new ones to use during my stay. I highly recommend the host to buy new bedsheets every quarter or semesters. They are not expensive but will provide greater comfort and value.
