This property suited most of our needs. It was fairly close to the village (about an 8 minute walk) and was very clean and cozy. Some negatives about the place was the Primary suite and it's exposure to the loft ceilings in the living room. If anyone turned on lights at night, it lit up the entire bedroom. Blackout curtains are desperately needed. Also doors are very squeaky and need some WD40. The foozeball table was super fun for our family stay and the living spaces were big enough for the 8 of us. Overall, a great place to stay at Blue!

Wintergreen is a very nice place. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors so there is a long staircase as soon as you enter. It’s not an issue unless someone is mobility challenged. It is nice that when you come in on the ground floor, a heater comes on and there is a large closet for ski stuff there too. We were 7 adults and a small dog and the place never felt crowded although any more people might have changed that. There was enough seating for everyone including a large sectional couch. The bedrooms were on the 3rd floor and were nice. There is a bathroom in the main bedroom and another for the other 2 bedrooms to share. The sauna works great but it is located inside the main bedroom so late night saunas will only work if the people using the main bedroom aren’t already sleeping. We took a plug in night light for the upstairs hallway which was very helpful for the older folks using the bathroom at night. Overall it is a really nice place. Easy walk to the village and parking was heavily enforced which was great as it keeps the spots available for the home owners/renters. We had one small issue but it was taken care of very quickly through texting our concierge. I also got a phone call the day after I left from an Operations Manager which was a nice touch. Professionally run operation and we would certainly go back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained and ideally located property. A few minutes walk to the village. Backs onto Monterra golf course. Very picturesque view from the back balcony. Perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends. We will definitely be going back there!

An excellent weekend! Enjoy all the activities of the Village while having lots of space for family of five!
