El personal de limpieza y meseros son amables buena

No todas las habitaciones tiene balcón aunque todas tienen vista al mar la ubicación es muy lejos de los lugares más visitados hay una sola alberca familiar pero no hay para niños

The only good thing I could say is that it was beachfront with a pool.
The service was horrible, the pool has broken tiles inside, there was no hot water for 3 days and 1 whole day of no water, construction was happening since early morning, and there were bugs in the room. The worst place, would never go back nor would I recommend to anyone.

I like the location
I didn't like having to wait an hour and a half after the time of the check-in time. I did like that there's not enough staff.
The pool was horrible, super dirty.

Everything was good. The customer service was good and the facility was very well kept, overall good job
I didn't like the fact that I had to spend 2 hrs on a hard sale to become an associate with the hote,l and when I was first spoken of their intent to get me to. Become an associate I told the lady I wasn't interested in it I was told that I would be charged the regular fee of their normal rates per night shame really plus I don't have $23,000 dlls it's ridiculous. And even when I kept declining and they kept at it overall left me pretty upset for a few days I'm not going to lie.

Amazing service by Jorge at the front desk, concierge, cleaning the room service and restaurant manager all the services were fantastic, we returned to the same location in 7 months later, great location, not too busy
It was pretty disappointing that the room didn't have a fridge, I requested 2 months in advance and was impossible to get it.
