Super bien ubicado con mucho parking en la calle gratis y a 4 min andando a la playa y al paseo. El apartamento esta de estreno con todo impecable, es fabuloso , colchones cómodos y sillón cama también súper cómodo. Todo lo necesario para cocinar, anfitrión super rápido y contesto a todo enseguida y check in muy rápido. Esta genial solo que como es muy nuevo quizás deben mejorar algunos detallitos como lo de poner sabanas para el sofá si va una tercera persona...lo super recomendamos

El sillón cama no estaba preparado con sabanas y colcha para poder dormir.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, the rooms are spacious with a lot of natural light. With some repair and good care this apartment could be a comfortable place to stay.

The welcoming and communication with the host wasn't friendly. The address of reservation didn't include the number of the building, I had to call to the host, they replied in a strange tone, like they would have make me an effort for going to meet me and deliver the key. In the end not the host, but his father came to meet me. The building is new, but it seems that no one really takes a good care of the apartment. Issues I spotted: - the fridge was on, but inside on every shell there was a lot of water, also it smelled strange - several malfunctions in the bathroom: the switch to change for the ceiling shower is broken, the holder for the hair-dryer is hardly keeping on the wall, halls on the ceramic tile should be adjusted with glue or smth as it constantly falling from the wall, no hookers for towels or clothes close to the shower, only gel for washing hands, nothing like shampoo or shower gel provided, the towel dryer doesn't seem to work(no instructions on how to turn it on) - it was quite cold in the apartment and there was no instructions left on how to turn on the heating system - overall the apartment is not very clean: shower has strange spots inside, towels and pillow cases are washed, but have spots on them, the bed has some kind of plastic above the mattress which makes every movement to make noise, no good warm light blanket provided, only 2 heavy wool ones, the light close to the bed in the bedroom doesn't work.

Pristine apartment, like a show suite. Very clean and nicely decorated, with all the latest appliances and fixtures. Very secure in a good area accross from the bus pick-up point for Faro (just the street, no station or terminal). Five minute walk to everything. Good value for the price. The host isn't exactly warm and cuddly, but check-in was good. There was a thermostat issue, so no heat, but the host dropped off a space heater.

Pristine apartment, like a show suite. Utterly devoid of character, if that matters to you. Had soap in the bathroom and by the kitchen sink and toilet paper. That's it. Zero cooking supplies like spices, sugar, oil - no dish towel (used bathroom hand towel), no dish rag for wiping counters (used paper towels I bought), coffee maker with no coffee, dishwasher with no soap pods, one dull paring knife. You get the picture. It's like the host didn't want you to use the kitchen so you wouldn't somehow diminish the value of the property. If you can afford to eat out for all your meals, it's very nice accomodation. If not, you'll need a lot of basic supplies.
