Not enough towels or toilet paper

Pet friendly. There are no issues with bringing my African grey parrot.

I loved the whole experience. How kind and how well we were taken care of. I even Stayed an addition 4 days. Complimentary gym and washer and dryer is just a plus!!!

There Was nothing I did not like.

Great breakfast assortment. pleasant staff. Amenities excellent. Overall a wonderful week.

Extra deposit required which I was not prepared for. Room was great but there was some noise on wall every now and then. Advised staff I don't want same type of room next visit. was next door to large housekeeping walk-in closet.

So clean and the staff was very friendly.

Some of the faucets were broken.

Lots of drawers/cabinets Refrigerator: big, excellent Room darkening shades: great Walking path: great Bathroom: big drawers to put stuff, shower: big with large dispensers of shampoo. Etc. Permanent nightlight in bathroom Beautiful views, lots of seating, fireplace outside

Bathroom door: very heavy to operate Communication through Booking.com. I asked a question, never got answered.

the breakfast (e.g. the omelette and breakfast sandwich) seemed to be pre-prepared frozen, and then heated up. Did not enjoy the food.

It’s clear that this hotel welcomes pet owners, and I have nothing against pets. However, you will smell the unmistakable dog-scent as soon as you walk into your hotel room. It smelled like I stayed in a kennel all night. I was worried that the scent would get into my clothes. The included breakfast was all processed food (not even real eggs - the pre-packaged microwave omelet things) and no fruit. I will not stay here again.

Very clean, Andrea at the front desk was fabulous, breakfast was really delicious, we thought the beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for our family of four. We had a great time, and the pool was fun as well. Know that the pool is not heated, So quick chilly on an autumn evening.

Shampoo and soap bottles were not filled when we arrived, and housekeeping was out for the holiday, so no soap the first night.

The continental breakfast was better than most ♥️ Staff was friendly, room clean and so much storage and thoughtfulness put into the layout. Liked the view. Liked the decor. Liked the outdoor seating area. Nice surprise that Showtime was available.

Mattress needs replaced, very lumpy and uncomfortable which is a bummer because sleeping is kind of important at a hotel 😂

I liked the location. The room we stayed in had everything we could have needed.

I had high expectations for the free breakfast, but the hot breakfast was not great. Might have been better fresh, but everything was lukewarm and the texture lead me to believe it had been sitting out awhile. But they also had things like cereal and muffins, so there were other options.
