Excellent locatiion for trip to alton towers.

Paintwork could do with updating. Especialkt places often overlooked window frames skirtings etc

Wardrobe in bunk bed bedroom made entrance too tight and could have done with a few more towels.

Superb location for Alton Towers

Lovely house. So homely and clean, had everything you needed and lovely area too. Will definitely be using again.

Lovely little house in a lovely location with shop, local pub & yummy takeaway literally across the road. Only a 15min drive to Alton towers, overall perfect place for a family stay

decent location for Alton towers, not too far away.

The pictures look nothing like the actual property, it was a struggle getting into the front door with bushes and branches out in front of the door. There were red spiders all around the property on all the wood around the doors and windows, lots of them, so I had to tell the kids to be careful. There was a horrible smell from the house which wouldn’t go away from the moment we walked in. The beds were like bricks - very uncomfortable. The back door was locked so you couldn’t go out in the fresh air. The floors were so filthy that all of our socks were black on the bottom & these were brand new out of packing for all of us so I was not happy about that at all. There was a serious issue with the floorboards upstairs in hallway as if it was about to cave in with severe dips and bad noises - this needs very serious attention. This is a very small house & I wouldn’t say it sleeps 8 at all, the single beds are touching each other with no room to walk anywhere so unless you are a couple in the rooms it just wouldn’t work. For this price I would expect better, however I’ve done it now and would stay in a hotel on the complex instead next time. The location is 15-20 mins to Alton Towers which isn’t bad.

Fantastic location for a visit to Alton Towers. House is comfortable and provides everything you need. Main bed is comfortable, though the beds in the smaller room aren't great
