Centrally located, clean, airy and well-appointed. The bed was amazing and the kitchen well fitted.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't open the sash windows in the sitting room - I appreciate they're very heavy and obviously the sashes are costly to repair and they are broken! Unfortunately, it was very warm when we arrived and the following morning we would have like to throw open the windows and enjoy the fresh air, but that wasn't to be. There was a very slight problem locating the touch pad outside the main door - it wasn't clear from the instructions that it was actually located on the wall behind us... Wasn't a major problem though - but I didn't like having to 'phone Andrew early evening after a hot journey... Otherwise, the apartment is beautifully appointed and very clean and spacious for two. Will definitely be paying a return visit.

We had a great stay, the apartment had everything we needed. Good cooking facilities. Very clean and tidy. Spacious and modern. Bathroom was lovely with a bath and shower. Location great for all amenities, lots of little coffee shops, restaurants and shops within walking distance and a cute market on Saturday right outside the apartment. Short drive away from some beautiful quieter countryside.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, could feel the springs, not too much of an issue for us and did not affect our stay but if this was your bed for a week it could be a problem. Noisy at night on the weekends and from the market stall setting up early morning, but to be expected due to the location.

Going home

Literally everything is so run down and tatty, mouldy coffee machine, stains on all bedding, cracks around every single door frame, have to wear shoes in living room due to carpet spikes poking up through the worn carpet where lounge joins to kitchen. Hassled instantly about booking demanding copies of ID or my booking would be cancelled and not refunded. Arrived at the property to 5 missed calls multiple texts from owner accusing me of being a different guest who apparently had taken the front door key and locked someone in.

The property is ideally placed in the centre of Leek and catered for all our needs.

Didn’t have a bath mat. had to use a towel to prevent slipping on the floor.

Nicely furnished and has everything you would need for a short break away. Location was ideal with everything close by. We will definitely be returning.

Stairs to the apartments we're the only issue for us as my parents have mobility issues. But there were handrails, and we still thought the apartments were great.

attention to detail which was irritating! batteries need replacing in tv remote lightbulbs needed replacing microwave symbols on buttons completely worn away which made it difficult to operate sofa in lounge the chaise part was loose so slipped away when sat on no info to tell where to take rubbish apart from sofa all were minor irritations which add up to disappointment as they could all be sorted quickly

Collecting keys was easy. Communication with the host was good. Location was good. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay.

Couldn't find a hairdryer - but otherwise had everything needed.

Only getting woken up by market getting set up and few drunks. But we expected this so wasn't an issue

The night club and a large pub opposite where young drinkers loitered outside shouting and acting about. Also the 5am noise of the market being set up Saturday and again Sunday morning.

Location was brilliant, big spacious living area and main bed room.

The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable. Ended up just using the sofa. We where unaware that there was a Christmas Light Switch on in the town on the day of our arrival therefore parking was extremely difficult and also there is a market on the square that get sets up in early hours of the Saturday morning.

Great location, central and easy to get to the places we needed to. Lots of local amenities to choose from. A lovely, spacious apartment for a family of four.

Being in the town centre, it was noisy with a club over the way. Gatherings of people could be heard into the early hours. There is a market that sets up early on Saturday morning as well.

The apartment was absolutely lovely. The owners were very accommodating for us, providing towels, bedding, shampoo, kitchenware to use etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was sad to leave! This has been the nicest place I have ever stayed and we will definitely come back.

Excellent location, lots of rubs/places to eat in very close proximity. There's a couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk which was ideal for stocking up on supplies. Apartment was absolutely lovely, nicely set out and well equipped.

Kitchen items were all grubby and slightly greasy so I had to pop out and get some sponges (washing up liquid was supplied) to wash everything before use. This was probably more due to the previous guests though.

The location is convenient and parking is available outside the accommodation, other than market day.

People need to be aware that on Saturdays a market takes place outside of the accommodation. They start putting up the stalls at 05.00 creating a lot of noise. Also there are night clubs within the market place. Once again this created noise in the early hours. The sofa beds are uncomfortable.

Nothing to complain about at all everything was provided Including personal touches like shampoo conditioner body wash toilet rolls washing up liquid and towels sheets pillows and duvets Beautiful comfy stay perfect for families they went above and beyond ❤️
