The house was perfect for a week at the beach!! Chris and Michelle we amazing host! Always there if we needed anything!!

It really is super close to the beach! Chris and Michelle were very responsive too any questions i had. I love that they had boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs avaliable. We would definitely stay here again

We picked this property for the peaceful neighborhood. The beach is just steps away ! Chris and Michelle were helpful in mailing restaurant recommendations. Sunset Beach is one of my favorite places to visit while in Southern CA

This house was exceptional both inside and out! Highly recommend to anyone that wants a perfect Cali beach experience!

Our overall stay was really nice. Michelle is the sweetest and so easy to communicate with. The beach house is perfectly setup to comfortably accommodate 3 families and the Murphy bed in the dining/living area is an extra sleeping space. We had everything we could possibly need including sand toys, house toys, towels, chairs etc. The kitchen is well stocked with EVERYTHING. The beds were comfy and there’s A/C units in each room including living room. The deck was so nice, spent a lot of time out there and you can see the ocean from it as well as the living room. There’s a liquor store on the corner about 100 steps away. Super convenient to get a bite to eat at several restaurants within walking distance. We walked to Peter’s Landing and ate at Pelican Isle more than once - great menu, great food. There’s a Mother’s Market across the street (PCH). We ate at Harbor House and Woody’s both takeout and ate in. We never had to leave the vicinity and we played a little musical parking with the spaces in front of the beach house so our family had good parking…when a spot opened up we would move our car that was parked in carport to the open spot then move back to carport when family arrived. Parking can be a challenge otherwise. Access to washer and dryer was nice. TV has all the apps and it’s a nice TV. Because you are located on the street that has all the green belt parking it is not quiet. We heard every genre of music from cars/trucks/motorcycles driving by as well as pedestrian traffic. There were a few places under construction or remodels so that was noisy too. The house needs some love and attention in terms of deep cleaning and editing of decor but, I spoke privately with Michelle and she’s on it and was happy to hear the feedback. So, if you don’t mind the noise and the if the house gets the attention it needs, this place will be perfect.
