This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property for our annual family reunion. The location is perfect, walking distance to the grocery store and 30 mins from the airport. The house is spacious and immaculately clean, the pool and view can’t be beaten. We love this property and highly recommend it!

My siblings and I needed to meet in Phoenix to settle an estate inheritance. The home was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space to gather and talk without feeling crowded. Easy access to popular area of the valley. The pool and lake didn’t get used on this trip but would have been a great asset if we had younger family with us. A charming home and a real bargain if you want a large home to gather the family if you’re traveling into the Phoenix/Glendale area.

Beautiful Clean home with incredible view / pool. The host was the best! The only suggestion is a new keirig or regular coffee pot. It did not heat up at all. Not a big deal - we door dashed coffee. We woud/will stay here again!

If you have any issues with artificial fragrances, don't rent this house. Every room had an AirWick plug in. The house was outrageously scented to the point that it made us feel sick, even after unplugging all of them. Every piece of fabric in the house smells. So unhealthy. I thought all rentals had to be scent free??? It's a shame, as the house was nice and the beds were comfortable. The only other issue was you could really hear the highway.

The property is very spacious, clean, and as a beautiful backyard setting on the water (too bad it was 109 when we stayed!). Mitchell is so easy to work with, very responsive, and has a very informative guest manual. The location is perfect for getting around the Phoenix area, and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay at this house again!

Paradise
We enjoyed our stay at this property and really appreciated the prompt attention to our concerns of a couple broken items. Everything you could possibly need come with the vacation house which was amazing. I would have liked to know we were not able to park in the garage before booking but there was a nice big driveway.

First Class Accommodation
Our stay at this beautiful property was perfect. We were here for 14 nights because I had hip replacement surgery. The property is very well appointed and exceptionally clean with a fantastic view over the finger lakes. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We felt very comfortable here and we spent a lot of time on site. Having the use of the Pontoon boat was a real treat - it made our journey feel like a vacation. The is first class accommodation and if we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Beautiful Property!
Everything about our experience surpassed our expectations! The pictures are accurate and actually do not fully do this home justice. Check in was a breeze and could not have been easier! Our contact person was Mitchell, and his responses were always prompt and helpful!!!!!! We had a couple days when the weather was less than ideal, but...no worries!!! The game room kept us entertained with a poker table that we used for playing cards and Farkle, kids loved the foosball table, and there was a good supply of board games. We loved our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at this gorgeous house! The house is beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities. The owners have thought of everything when it comes to making a renter’s stay relaxing and comfortable, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. The beds and bedrooms were so inviting and comfortable, and the beautiful, peaceful view of the lake made our morning coffee time on the patio so pleasant. We would love to rent this spacious home again and again!

This place was absolutely amazing! We thought that it looked really good online and it was even better in person. By far the best VRBO that we have ever rented. The hosts were fantastic and super easy to get a hold of with any questions and were extremely accommodating to our needs.

Great Location, exceptional communication.
My family and I stay in a lot of vacation rentals. This home is one of the best. The house was spotless, well appointed, and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location so everything you need is a few minutes away. It is a very unique property right on the water of a private lake. The house comes with a little pontoon boat, that the kids really enjoyed. The pool was nice and kept the kids entertained for hours. I can't say enough about the hosts. Top notch communication and really put a lot of thought into the set up of the house. This is the kind of house I would rather keep a secret just so that it is available for us when we are in the area, but it's too nice not to share. Thanks for a great weekend!

Gorgeous lake house
We had such a blast on the boat fishing and tons of pool time. The home is beautifully decorated and located near all sorts of fun adventures for us. The owners were also very welcoming and informative on the home, pool and boat and we really appreciated it. Thanks for such an amazing stay we look forward to coming back to the lake house soon!

Amazing stay!
This property is so awesome! The house is beautiful inside and out! It was very clean! While my husband and I stayed there we felt very safe and comfortable. We had so much fun staying in! We enjoyed the pool and the pontoon so much as well as the game room! I will def be booking a stay at this property again!
Also it was very easy to get help from the host the couple of times that I had questions!
I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.
