Divertiti con racchettoni e materassino sulla spiaggia, poi prenditi una pausa vicino a una piscina condivisa e più tardi programma le gite di domani nella vasca idromassaggio di questo appartamento da 147 metri quadri. Qui hai a disposizione anche un balcone. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di accesso a internet, TV via cavo/satellitare e lettore DVD: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

We are a famiy of 9, and our first time on the Island. We all enjoyed the beach, the pools, the tennis courts and the local restaurants. The property needs some TLC... For instance, there was a broken garbage disposal (with gross rotting food sitting in the disposal that I cleaned out when we arrived), there was trash under the TV console, and basically the unit was not well cleaned. The reason for my 3 stars is that the water in the building was turned off for 8 hours one day...with hardly any warning... no toilets, showers, etc. so they could repair a water leak in the building. We found out through a notice in the elevator, not a call from the property manager. I called the property manager and there was no offer to recompense us in any way... just a cold response. There was not even an apology given. I asked that a manager contact us, which never happened. An email went out as well from the property manager after the elevator notice, which contained the information that the water would be shut off from 10 a.m. for 8 hours, again with no apology given nor offer to recompense. A simple humble apology goes a long way when a family saves all year for an annual vacation.

Dishwasher and air conditioner did not work but repairman repaired air conditioning very promptly.

Everything was very nice but the extra beds had no linens and I had to drive back to the office to pick them up. Staff was very attending though

Looks a little better online, it's more dated in person. The amount of room we had was great. The pots and pans could also use updating. Nice area, however we lost power because of a storm, and lost a lot of food in fridge, even though the generators were running. Also, we had a very hard time figuring out the television in LR, we called , but nobody came to help. We also asked a manager to call, and never heard back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our annual girls trip this November was great, our only complaints were a cockroach in the kitchen on our last day and the condo could use a deep cleaning. The pools were nice and the hot tub were hot the ants around the property should be sprayed more often. The management company was very helpful and professional.

Everything was just as stated we enjoyed our stay. The condo 4206 was out dated and shows wear. The condo was very clean with everything listed.
Minor maintenance needed to address fixtures but nothing to stop us from enjoying our stay. Hot tub spas show wear and in need of maintenance but still do the trick.
Beaches are wonderful.
Very secure location with gate guards and roving patrols.

Enjoyed our stay but the pictures do not reflect on how outdated the condo is. Toilet paper holder was missing, shower drain was plugged, tiles in bathroom were gone and there was mold.

This is our second time at this location. First in this condo. Both time had a great experience and family loves it. It's becoming a favorite of ours ❤️

Layout of condo was great! Very open, great kitchen. Balcony had enough room to comfortably sit four people. Easy walk to the beach.

Great Condo
Condo was just as described, close to the beach, and great pools to hang out with other family members staying in the complex. We have stayed in various Saida condos and it is always a great place to stay with great security measures. I do wish we'd had a better view of the gulf, but being on the second floor, it's understandable. We had a great time relaxing and visiting family.

Above and Beyond
Last minute rental that went above and beyond our expectations. Everything from the living space to the pools and the Gulf was beautiful. We had never been to South Padre and are now planning on returning!

Nice but not super clean. Also had more of a retirement Sr. Citizens atmosphere. Residents we saw were all 70 years of age and older. I would have loved waterfront view.
