The spaciousness of the rooms.

Good location, comfortable room and friendly staff.

ventilation outside the room was loud during the night, other rooms are probably better. check-in and check-out was in the neighbouring building.

This hotel is convenient for the beach and entertainment area in Pattaya. It has a modern feel about it, giving it an up-market air whilst being relatively cheap. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small balcony.

There are actually three separate buildings that comprise the hotel and I was in Hotel No.1, which I believe is the original hotel. This hotel has a sizable reception desk, which I have used in times past. When I arrived on this occasion, there was NO ONE on reception and NO NOTICE indicating that there was now only one reception for all three buildings, located in No.2. I had to wait for ANOTHER GUEST to tell me of the new reception location! Later I found a tired couple with baggage waiting by the now closed reception in no.1 for someone to serve them! This isn´t good enough.

They didn't put us in the hotel we pooked put us in one next-door it was aful

Location is superb. Very nice roof pool where you can see a small part of the beach.

Floors were black and not cleaned the whole week while we asked this several times at the reception. Overall cleaning was badly done and it felt like they only did the bed and gave clean towels.

This hotel is closed and we were shifted to Sea me Spring tree hotel. The lobby, rooms and pool is not like Sea me Spring hotel
