The staff was good and helpful. Always with a smile and helping mentally. Keep them :-)

The Air Con in the room not cold enough, the pool is small, will be good if the rooms are given different time slots. Also will be good to have a small Gym for atleast Cardio.

Is a very nice, comfortable place and the people who works there is always nice and caring. The bedroom was clean and it had everything you can need. Food was good and no pricey. Head chef was excepcional, very caring.

We liked the nice view out to the Lake and the sunsets. The coffee was good .

We were very upset by the killing of baby lizards as a man did his duty to stick them on a goey stick with chemicals on, which he showed me. I also was saddened when all the wildlife in the water was wiped out by addition of chemicals to the water overnight. I saw the toad I’d photographed the night before floating dead, along with 4 medium sized fish, a newt and dragonflies - not to mention the hundreds of finger nail sized frogs we’d admired the day before. Rather barbaric in this day and age.

Excellent Location Big spacious rooms Nice rooms ( stayed at the private villa) Friendly staff ( a special mention to our Porter, Mr Ashwin. Very friendly guy and very well spoken.)

Buffet was very limited..one chicken dish, one beef and one fish dish only for non -veg patrons. No tandoor dishes which one must order separately. I might well have just ordered ala carte and avoided the buffet completely Our electricity in our room kept going on and off..not sure if they were doing maintenance or what but was quite annoying after a while

Staf was super helpful, my daughter fell sick and the hotel manager was kind enough to help , the other staff was also helpful. Genuinely thx you sir.

The food was just about ok, while in photos property looks big , it's not that big or fancy. Also the pool is small.
